High school ideological and political lesson is one of the important ways for senior high school students to learn ideology and politics.In 2020,the 2017 course standard of senior high school ideological and political lesson has been revised(hereinafter referred to as New Course Standard)and emphasized the following requirements: cultivating students' academics ability,helping students to establish a correct attitude towards learning and form correct values.At the same time,emphasizing that we should pay attention to the relationship between curriculum and activities,and achieving “active content curriculum” and “course content activity”.The concept of “active content curriculum” should be embedded in ideological and political education,making activity to be fundamental way for carrying course content and cultivating core literacy.After investigation and analysis of the current situation of high school ideological and political learning,we found that the students have desperate desire to improve teaching methods.Combining knowledge and current politics in terms of the teaching content and improving students' learning interest and so on are become the primary problems.As a result,students' enthusiasm for learning is not high and the efficiency of learning is relatively low.This thesis tries to combine the content of teaching and students' social practice activities and integrate with students in thinking about the problems via the form of curricularization of activity design under the guidance of embodied learning theory.Finally realizes the enhancement of the effectiveness of ideological and political lesson teaching.To improve the learning efficiency of students and guide students to set up a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,this paper proposes to improve the effectiveness of current high school ideological and political teaching by the embodied learning way in the view of the embodied learning and through studying the problems in the current ideological and political lesson teaching.Through the analysis of the causes of inefficient teaching,the scientific basis of realizing students' physical participation in teaching and the principle and approach of the body participation in ideology and politics teaching are put forward.Based on the theoretical thinking and practical exploration of embodied education theory in teaching practice,the theoretical basis and practical value of realizing students' physical participation in ideological and political teaching to enhance the teaching effectiveness are assessment analyzed.Finally,according to the application of embodied learning theory in teaching practice combined with the preparation of classroom teaching design,provides reference examples for the application of embodied learning theory in teaching.
