General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the symposium of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools: to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,we must adhere to the teaching requirements of "eight-phase unity",and the unity of value and knowledge is a key part of it..Adhering to the unity of value and knowledge points out the direction for the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political courses.Value and knowledge are the two basic attributes inherent in high school ideological and political courses.Knowledge is the effective carrier of value,and value is the specific embodiment of knowledge education.The two are unified in the educational purpose of morality and education and education in human teaching practice.Adhering to the unity of value and knowledge is the specific requirement of the party and the state for the ideological and political education of young people,the essential requirement of middle school ideological and political courses,the realistic demand for the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political courses,and the development demand for the healthy growth of high school students.In the actual teaching process,the problem of emphasizing knowledge imparting and ignoring value guidance has emerged,which is embodied in: teaching objectives emphasize knowledge goals but less value goals,teaching content emphasizes knowledge imparting but less value guidance,teaching methods emphasize knowledge instillation and less value inspiration,teaching Evaluation emphasizes knowledge and achievement over value development.The reason is that the test-oriented education is only based on the score-oriented orientation,the role of teachers is not comprehensive,and the ability and quality of teachers need to be improved.Aiming at the problems and reasons of the unity of value and knowledge in high school ideological and political courses,this paper discusses the optimization strategies to enhance the unity of value and knowledge in the teaching practice of high school ideological and political courses.First,clarify roles and responsibilities and create conditions that enhance value and intellectual unity.Teachers should establish the educational concept of morality and cultivating people,establish the dual roles of knowledge imparters and value leaders,and improve personal ability and quality.Secondly,optimize the teaching objectives and grasp the core of enhancing the unity of value and knowledge.Teachers should comprehensively consider knowledge,ability,and value goals,and implement the core literacy of the discipline.Then,organize the teaching content and grasp the key to enhance the unity of value and knowledge.Teachers should combine the different teaching requirements of the four compulsory modules,explore the value goals behind different knowledge in the teaching process,and infiltrate the value guidance into knowledge transmission.Third,improve teaching methods and make good use of the means to enhance the unity of value and knowledge.Teachers realize the combination of knowledge teaching and value guidance through the use of topic-based teaching,select analytical teaching to achieve the unity of clarifying cognition and guiding value,and use practical teaching to promote the integration of knowledge teaching and value education.Finally,improve teaching evaluation and improve the guarantee of enhancing the unity of value and knowledge.Teachers' evaluation of students should take into account knowledge mastery and quality improvement in terms of content,should combine ideological dynamics and concept formation in methods,and integrate knowledge learning and ideological understanding in results.
