| Under the background of the national "double first-class" construction,various universities in the province to seize the opportunity,a corresponding local policy,to promote regional top universities in the province level and field and specialized subject construction.The construction of local first-class universities and first-class disciplines requires first-class teachers to guarantee.Scientific and reasonable teacher teaching evaluation is an important prerequisite for creating high-quality teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research and continuous improvement of the teacher teaching evaluation system to adapt it to the development goals of provincial colleges and universities.This article first clarifies the connotation and basic characteristics of the "double first-class",provincial colleges and teachers’ teaching evaluation system,and then based on the fourth-generation education evaluation theory,teacher professional development related theories and Humanistic theory,selects some provincial colleges and universities as the research objects,and applies the questionnaire Research methods such as surveys and case studies provide an end-to-end understanding of the current state of the teaching evaluation system of provincial colleges and universities from the perspectives of teacher teaching evaluation concepts,evaluation subjects,evaluation indicators,evaluation implementation,and evaluation results feedback utilization.Of the current provincial colleges and universities teachers’ teaching evaluation system are found insufficient understanding of teachers’ teaching evaluation slightly teaching evaluation,the main body of the value is not enough,the teaching evaluation index lacks pertinence,teaching evaluation weight summary and evaluation results with such problems as inadequate,and further to analyze the causes of the problem.Then,it summarized the experience of teacher teaching evaluation in four regional first-class universities at home and abroad from the aspects of evaluation concept,evaluation subject,evaluation index,evaluation implementation,and utilization of evaluation results.Finally,the following suggestions are proposed for improving the problems in the teaching evaluation system of provincial colleges and universities: believes that the developmental evaluation concept should be further emphasized,with the purpose of stimulating teacher development,while respecting the diversities in teacher development;enhancing the actual result of multi-subject evaluation;Improve the pertinence of evaluation indicators,formulate differentiated and high-standard evaluation indicators to reflect the observability of evaluation indicators;show solicitude for the process of teaching evaluation implementation,actualize the normal collection of teaching evaluation data and the intelligent operation of teaching evaluation implementation;Reflect the rationality of the treatment of evaluation results,pay attention to feedback the evaluation results to students,and scientifically analyze and use the evaluation results. |
