Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Street Social Work Stations From The Perspective Of AGI

At present,the Ministry of Civil Affairs requires that the construction of township(street)social work stations will be fully covered during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,and all localities are rapidly promoting the establishment of local street social work stations.This urgently requires us to explore the operation mechanism of street social work stations and enrich the localized content of social work,to realize the brand of social work station with one characteristic in one place.Therefore,from the perspective of AGIL,this study explores the functions of street social workstations,hoping to promote the development of street social workstations from a new perspective.This paper adopts the method of qualitative research,taking P Street as an example,to explore the function and operation mechanism of the street social workstation from the perspective of AGIL.The study found that the street social workstation can meet the adaptive function,goal achievement function,integration function,and model maintenance function in the AGIL model,focusing on the actual needs of the service objects in the civil affairs field.The three-level service position of "neighborhood)committee" is built with the linkage mechanism of five social associations,and the "1+N" service model is implemented in combination with the characteristics of the "one village,one color" project,so as to strengthen the resource integration capabilities of the streets and villages(residential)at all levels,and strengthen the social workstations of the streets.Communication with streets and village(neighborhood)committees to promote the coordinated development of street social workstations and to form a characteristic operating mechanism.
