A Study On The Impact Of Population Outflow In Heilongjiang Province On Economic Growth

Since the economic reform and opening up,the scale and scope of my country's population flow has gradually expanded.The population of Heilongjiang Province has flowed to the southeast coastal areas under the influence of various factors.For the southeastern coastal cities,which are the places of population inflow,a large number of population inflows have increased the labor supply in the region and promoted the local economic development.However,for the Heilongjiang Province,which is a population outflow area,the massive loss of population leads to insufficient labor supply in the region,which seriously inhibits the local economic development.The current economic development level of Heilongjiang Province is in the lower reaches of our country,and one of the important factors restricting its development is the large-scale population outflow.If Heilongjiang Province wants to have a higher level of economic development and catch up with the average level of my country's economic development,it must solve the problem of population outflow from the province.Based on this background,this paper studies the relationship between Heilongjiang Province's population outflow and economic growth,and finds out the relevant countermeasures to solve the problem of Heilongjiang Province's population outflow,so as to realize the further development of Heilongjiang Province's economy.This paper takes Heilongjiang Province's outflow population as the main research object,and uses Heilongjiang Province's statistical yearbooks over the years,my country's statistical yearbooks over the years,the fourth to seventh national censuses,and the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in Heilongjiang Province in2018 as data sources.First,we describe the current situation of population outflow in Heilongjiang Province,analyze the reasons for population outflow and the structure of the outflow population in Heilongjiang Province,then analyze and summarize the economic situation of Heilongjiang Province,and finally discuss the relationship between population outflow and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province through empirical analysis.The research results show that the population outflow in Heilongjiang Province has a negative impact on the overall economic development of Heilongjiang Province,but the impact of population outflow on the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Heilongjiang Province is different,and when solving the problems caused by population outflow,different solutions should be adopted according to different industries.
