With the rapid development of the Internet,big data,Internet of Things and other emerging technologies,the traditional offline education ecology has been constantly impacted,the traditional education ecology has been unable to fully adapt to the new needs of education development,and the digitalization of education began to transform to drive the comprehensive innovation of the way of learning in college education.The development of Internet technology,the issuance of government education informatization policy and the demand of personalized teaching have effectively promoted the development of online education in colleges and universities.However,the rapid development of education informatization technology also makes the online education ecology of colleges and universities face many problems and challenges.As an important higher education base in China,Heilongjiang is rich in digital education resources,and most of the universities in the province are concentrated in Harbin.At present,the online education ecology of universities in Harbin has not yet formed a mature paradigm.Studying the online education ecology of universities in Harbin and optimizing and upgrading it can help promote the sustainable development of the online education ecology of universities and cultivate service-oriented talents that are more suitable for the needs of the current society.Based on this,from the core issue of the ecology of online education in Harbin's colleges and universities,constructivist learning theory,educational ecology theory,educational ecosystem theory and educational ecological niche theory are used as the theoretical basis,literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,statistical analysis method,survey analysis method and other research methods are used to screen and organize the relevant data that have been obtained,and from the ecological perspective around the ecological subject,ecological environment and other aspects of the study is based on literature analysis,comparative analysis,statistical analysis and survey analysis.Through analyzing the current situation of online education ecology of Harbin colleges and universities,we found that there are problems of imbalance in the ecology of online education subjects,imbalance in the ecology of online education resources,imbalance in the ecological environment of online education and lag in the operation of the ecology of online education in Harbin colleges and universities.The main reasons for the imbalance of online education ecology in Harbin colleges and universities are the poor connection of online subject ecological chain,unbalanced distribution of online ecological resources,incomplete construction of educational ecological environment and insufficient innovation of educational ecological model.Based on the experience of online education ecology in the United States and the United Kingdom,where online education is more mature,and the experience of online education ecology in Tsinghua University,Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China,and combining with the actual situation of online education in Harbin universities,we clarify the positioning of universities and take the four levels of educational ecology as the guide,respectively from the ecological level of teachers and students,the ecological level of universities,the ecological environment and the ecological model of education.We propose measures to optimize the teaching ecology of teachers and students,promote the ecological allocation of educational resources,create a good educational ecological environment and innovate the ecological model of integrated education,so as to optimize the online education ecology of Harbin universities and realize high-quality talent cultivation.
