| Homework is an important part of school education,an important means for teachers to complete teaching tasks and students to increase knowledge and develop skills,and an important channel to promote home-school cooperation.Chinese homework management is an organic part of school education and teaching management.Optimizing the management of Chinese homework,clarifying the responsibilities of each participant and improving the quality of Chinese homework are of positive significance to school teaching and the healthy development of teachers and students.Through literature research,this paper summarizes the research on homework management in compulsory education stage,defines the concepts of the third school period of primary school,homework and homework management,expounds the theory of human nature hypothesis,multiple intelligences theory and constructivism theory as the theoretical basis of this study,and discusses the necessity of homework management in the third school period of primary school.Taking four rural primary schools in Xingtai City as an example,questionnaire survey of teachers and students was conducted,teachers,school administrators and parents were interviewed,and the current situation of Chinese homework management in the third school section of rural primary schools was analyzed and discussed.Rural primary school homework management system construction needs to be updated and improved,lack of professional support for teachers’ homework management;Teachers’ hierarchical homework design and implementation are not good,the results of homework evaluation are not fully used,and the links of homework management are unbalanced;Students’ self-management homework consciousness is weak,homework time management ability is insufficient;Rural parents education consciousness is not high,homework management is not scientific.The causes of the problems include the slow response of the rural primary school policy and the fuzzy responsibility of the primary school;Teachers are greatly affected by the traditional view of homework,lack of homework reflection consciousness,heavy work burden;Students lack of enthusiasm for homework,did not develop good learning habits;Rural parents view homework backward,lack of homework management participation conditions.In view of the problems,rural primary schools should improve the homework management system,increase the support for teachers’ homework management ability,and actively develop school-based teaching and research activities;Teachers should update the concept of homework and strengthen the study of policy,strengthen the management of the content and type of Chinese homework,optimize the hierarchical homework design,improve the effectiveness of homework correction;Students should enhance the motivation of independent learning,cultivate correct learning motivation,improve the ability of homework time management,develop good learning habits;Parents should set up the correct education concept,learn to accompany children correctly,improve the consciousness of education,so as to realize the home-school collaborative management. |
