Thought experiment is an important research method of physics,with extremely high thinking value and creative ability.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have made more and more profound research on thought experiments.How to apply thought experiments and related research results to physics teaching and truly transform them into resources and nutrition for the development of students’ core literacy is a question that needs to be specifically explored.For this reason,this article chooses "the applied research of thought experiment in high school physics teaching" for analysis.The paper defines the basic concepts of thought experiments through literature analysis,summarizes the differences and connections between ideal experiments and real experiments,and summarizes the status quo of the application of thought experiments in teaching at home and abroad;use the survey method to investigate a four-star high school in Nanjing Students conduct investigations on the understanding and interest of thought experiments;excavate and analyze the content of thought experiments in high school physics textbooks through comparative analysis of textbooks;apply thought experiments to classroom teaching through action research methods,and test the effects of classroom teaching.Through the literature review,it is found that the thought experiment has extremely high research value and teaching value.Compared with real experiments,thought experiments have their particularities,and there are abundant thought experiment materials in the history of science.Exploring the characteristics of thought experiments and exploring its educational and teaching value will help develop students’ scientific thinking and scientific imagination abilities.Questionnaire research shows that high school students have a high interest and desire to understand thought experiments;they have a solid grasp of the physical thought experiments they have been in contact with,and have a deep memory of the corresponding knowledge;they also have a positive attitude towards the integration of thought experiments into physics teaching.Although there are many thought experiments involved in physics textbooks,there are still some shortcomings in the integration of textbooks.Due to the length of the textbook,the scientific background of the thought experiment is not much involved,which is not conducive to students’ understanding and acceptance;many typical thought experiments are not mentioned in the physics textbook.Of course,teachers can enrich the thought experiment content in the textbooks by searching literature and materials.In physics classroom teaching,the integration of thought experiments can improve the knowledge content of the teaching itself,simplify the difficulty of understanding for students,not only make classroom teaching smoother and smoother,but also help students break through the bottleneck of learning.From the perspective of teaching practice,the integration of ideological experiments can enhance students’ understanding of situational construction topics,improve students’ innovative ability and scientific thinking,and present a better teaching effect. |
