In today, the reform of the basic education curriculum has been deepening, the concept of "advocating positive and effective interaction between teachers and students, teachers and students to promote common development" has become the basic idea of the basic education. Under the guidance of this concept, the current ideological and moral education in junior middle school has paid more attention to the interaction between teachers and students. However, seeking truth from facts, in the countryside junior middle school, for various reasons, the interaction between teachers and students in junior middle school in rural areas there are still many problems, affecting the ideological and moral teaching smoothly. Taking effective measures to solve these problems, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral education in rural junior middle school, is an important topic in the study. And it is the theme of this paper to discuss.Besides the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts. The first part, the paper expounds the meaning of the countryside junior middle school moral character interaction between teachers and students. Then discusses the significance, is conducive to building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, is conducive to play the main body of students initiative, to improve moral character teaching effectiveness.The second part is to analysis the existing problems and reasons of the interaction. Problems mainly include these:interactive form drab, interactive content, narrow interactive object intolerance, formal interaction process, lack of innovation. The cause of these problems mainly include:insufficient recognition of teachers and students to interact between teachers and students, the exam-oriented education system and learning the unreasonable evaluation mechanism, teachers of poorly designed interactive problem, moral character class content is much less. The third part is aimed to put forward the rational counter-measures:changing education idea, to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, improve and enrich the classroom interaction, improve teachers’ professional quality, reasonable evaluation of moral character education, build equality and interaction of teaching atmosphere.
