Research On Development Status And Countermeasures Of Junior Middle School Sports Community Based On SWOT Analysis ——Taking Jiaozhou City As An Example

The 13th five year plan for youth sports issued by the General Administration of sports of the People's Republic of China defines 11 main tasks for the healthy development of youth sports during the 13th Five Year Plan period.The top two are "efforts to improve youth sports literacy" and "extensive and in-depth development of youth sports activities".The healthy development of youth sports is inseparable from the contribution of school sports,and sports associations,as a part of school sports,bear the responsibility for the healthy development of youth sports.In the action plan of the "ten ones" project of promoting the all-round development of primary and secondary school students in Qingdao released by Qingdao Education Bureau,it is pointed out that students should independently choose and master a lifelong beneficial sports skill during school,and participating in sports associations is one of the optional ways to improve sports skills on campus,which promotes the all-round development of students,It lays a foundation for the cultivation of students' lifelong sports habits.This paper uses the method of literature,consults a large number of literature and materials,absorbs the useful parts,and lays a theoretical foundation for the paper;Ten representatives of middle school teachers in Jiaozhou were interviewed to understand their views on the construction of sports associations;Using the self-made teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire,60 instructors(10 in each of the six urban and rural middle schools in Jiaozhou)and 1200 students(200 in each of the six middle schools in Jiaozhou)were investigated.Through SWOT analysis of the survey results,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of middle school sports associations in Jiaozhou,and puts forward S-O countermeasures,W-O countermeasures,S-T countermeasures and w-t countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:1.Jiaozhou junior middle school sports associations have various organizational forms,but the projects carried out are uneven.On the one hand,the school venues and facilities are not perfect,not only the quantity is not enough,but also there is mutual interference between venues;On the other hand,the source of funds of school sports associations is single,and the motivation of community guidance teachers to participate in sports association activity guidance is insufficient,which seriously reduces the level of guidance.In addition,the time arrangement of relevant school activities is unreasonable.If you want to set aside more time for students to learn culture knowledge,students' academic pressure affects their enthusiasm to participate in activities,and then affects the benign development of sports associations.2.The SWOT analysis of Jiaozhou junior middle school sports associations shows that: strength: sports associations are an important part of school sports.The diversification of their contents and the relative liberalization of learning forms are of great help to their promotion.Weakness: the funding problem of sports associations leads to their small-scale activities,few times and single content.In addition,they are still insufficient due to the lack of systematic and coordinated management.Opportunity: in recent years,the national youth sports has made great progress,and the state has promulgated the 13 th five year plan,which provides an east wind for the development of sports associations.Threat: school leaders do not pay attention to sports associations and do not publicize sports associations enough,resulting in students' insufficient understanding of sports associations and insufficient energy investment.3.In order to further promote the development of junior middle school sports associations in Jiaozhou City,we should first follow the pace of the policy and take advantage of the opportunities brought by the policy to give full play to the advantages of sports associations;Secondly,we should follow the changes of the times to change or make up for the fund and management problems of the community;Third,sports associations themselves should be prepared to deal with external threats and challenges,and promote the benign development of sports associations through coordination and unity of all aspects.
