In recent years,the idea of interdisciplinary teaching has become more and more popular in middle school education,and frontline history teachers have begun to actively explore effective strategies for interdisciplinary teaching of history in middle school.The characteristics of history determine the advantage of interdisciplinary teaching.Geography is rich in content,comprehensive and cross-border,and the two are closely related.In junior high school history textbooks,a lot of knowledge needs to be interpreted with the help of geographical knowledge,as well as geographical methods and geographical thinking to construct.In the history class of junior high school,most history teachers have realized that geography knowledge is used as auxiliary teaching in history teaching of junior high school,but they lack the consciousness of interdisciplinary integration teaching."The concept of time and space" is the most basic quality for learning history,historical thinking is time,geographical thinking is space,the combination of the two can effectively promote the implementation of the core quality.In addition,with the progress of the new curriculum reform,teachers need to update their teaching ideas and promote the improvement of teaching methods.History and geography interdisciplinary teaching is undoubtedly a very good teaching attempt.Therefore,based on the concept of time and space,this paper explores the effective strategies of history interdisciplinary teaching in junior high school.This paper takes the interdisciplinary teaching of history in junior high school as the research theme,and discusses the value and strategies of cultivating the concept of time and space through the research of the interdisciplinary teaching of history and geography in junior high school.This paper carries on the following research: First of all,in the introduction part discusses the research background and significance of this article,the status quo of research at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.Based on this,the paper explains the core concepts in detail and finds the support of relevant theories.Questionnaire survey and follow-up interview were conducted on the specific implementation of history and geography interdisciplinary teaching in junior middle school,and the results were statistically analyzed.It also integrates the interdisciplinary content of history and geography in junior high school.In view of the above analysis,this paper puts forward an effective strategy to implement the concept of time and space in the interdisciplinary teaching of history and geography in junior middle school,and designs specific cases for analysis and research.
