Study On The Evaluation And Optimization Of The Hotel Practice Quality Of Secondary Vocational School Students

According to the regulations on the management of students' practice in vocational schools,It is necessary for vocational school students having the internship activities according to relevant requirements to practice in enterprises according to relevant requirements.On the one hand,they can combine the theory with practice in order to exercise their comprehensive ability for theirs better adaption to social needs after graduation.On the other hand,internship is also an important part of school education which should include school education and internship.Therefore,in the process of collaborative education between schools and enterprises,how to ensure,evaluate and improve the quality of students' practice more scientifically is not only the need of education progress,but also the need of the development.With the development of Vocational Education in our country,how to better respond to the call of the state,innovate the education mode of skilled education,strengthen the deep integration of schools and enterprises,transport counterpart workers for enterprises actively,improve the service level of skilled workers,and also improve the employment rate of secondary Vocational Hotel students in China,I chose this topic in order to provide suggestions for other secondary vocational schools and I want to improve the quality for the students of the hotel major in China.In this paper,the evaluation index is determined by the expert interview method,then the expert assigned a value by the questionnaires and the average number,who uses the analytic hierarchy process calculation principle,determines the weight of the related evaluation index,finally constructs the quality evaluation system of the secondary vocational school student in hotel practice.The system consists four secondary indicators(school,students and parents,internship Hotel,government and Society)and 23 tertiary indicators(training plan,student post recognition,curriculum,selection and docking of internship base,physical and mental quality of students,internship program,employment demand and social recognition,students' environmental adaptability,requirements and support of educational institutions,and the location of hotels in the industry Position and students' professional matching degree,quality and follow-up of teachers,attendance of students,post salary,attitude of hotels to interns,quality of corporate mentors,recognition of parents for internships,internship summary and evaluation,education and guidance of parents,labor intensity and working environment,etc.).After the completion of the evaluation model,the author carried out an empirical investigation on Shandong National Technical Secondary School by 300 questionnaires of the students of Shandong National Technical Secondary School,the teachers who led the school,the leaders of the school,and he hotel managers.At last,he paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the quality of internship,which has certain reference for other secondary vocational schools and hotels according to the analysis.There are three main conclusions in this paper.One is to build the evaluation index system of internship quality of secondary vocational school through theoretical research and practical expert survey;the other conclusion is to put forward optimization suggestions from four aspects: school,students and parents,internship Hotel,government and society through theoretical research and empirical analysis.The third one which used the established quality evaluation system to evaluate the internship quality of the hotel major in Shandong Vocational School for nationalities.The final score is 74.203,which belongs to a good grade.According to the scores of each sub item to put forward the promotion suggestions for Shandong Vocational School.
