With the promotion of the new curriculum reform and the promulgation of high school ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),the life classroom to promote the all-round development of students has become an important form of Ideological and political course.As an important form of Ideological and political activity class,debate teaching well conforms to the objective trend of educational development.In the past literature,there has been research on the debate teaching,but after the publication of the Ministry edition of teaching materials,there are few literature on the debate teaching of junior high school "morality and the rule of law".Therefore,this paper intends to study the debate teaching of junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom,this paper first through the literature analysis to understand the current situation of debate teaching,and then through the questionnaire survey Find out the problems of the current implementation of debate teaching,and analyze the problems from many aspects,and finally put forward countermeasures for the problems,and finally apply the debate teaching to the specific junior high school "morality and rule of law" classroom.The main body of this paper has the following parts:The introduction part discusses the research background and significance of debate teaching,the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,as well as innovation and shortcomings.The first chapter discusses the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom debate teaching overview,respectively discusses the meaning of debate teaching and junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom meaning,and on this basis discusses the implementation of junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom significance.The second chapter is to use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the research status of debate teaching in junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom.The main body of the survey includes both teachers and students.Now we investigate the teaching effectiveness of debate teaching in junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom,and then explore the problems of debate teaching in junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom,including the debate between teachers and students The theoretical basis of the teaching method is not sufficient,the teachers' classroom organization debate is not perfect,and the teachers' evaluation of the debate is not comprehensive.Then through the superficial problems,the paper analyzes the reasons behind the problems.The main reasons behind the problems are as follows: students focus on the traditional learning mode,teachers are not active in carrying out debate teaching,and teaching is affected by the traditional classroom mode.The third chapter is to improve the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom problems of positive measures,corresponding to the problems in the second chapter,such as the lack of knowledge accumulation of teachers and students,the countermeasures should be to deepen the ideological and political course teachers' theoretical literacy.In view of the imperfect organization of debating teaching,the solution is to improve teachers' ability to organize debating teaching of Ideological and political course.Finally,in order to deal with the problem of incomplete evaluation of debating teaching,we should establish a scientific evaluation concept to reflect the effect of debating classroom teaching.The fourth chapter is the implementation of debate teaching in junior high school "morality and the rule of law" classroom teaching case,respectively from the teaching case selection,teaching case implementation and specific teaching design,from the unity of theory and practice to grasp the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" debate classroom teaching.
