Research On The Influence Of Strengthening Basic Disciplines Plan On The Adaptability Of Chemistry Competition Students

The "strengthening basic disciplines plan" is a pilot project for my country to focus on major national strategic needs and to carry out basic subject enrollment reform in some colleges and universities in 2020.This study mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire investigation method and interview method to understand the understanding and adaptability of high school students on the strong foundation plan in the form of questionnaire and interview.On this basis,combining the results of others,the results are analyzed in depth to explore the essential reasons behind the phenomenon.Based on the real situation of students,corresponding strategies are put forward from four perspectives of strengthening high school students' cognition of strong foundation plan,helping high school students maintain a good attitude,paying attention to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors,and combining discipline competition with conventional teaching.Let the professional students(Chemistry Competition Student)align their ideals with the goals of the national development strategy.Help high school students enhance their awareness and adaptability to the "strengthening basic disciplines plan".At the same time,through sorting out and analyzing the opinions and suggestions of high school students and the corresponding discipline competition coaches(mainly in chemistry)since the implementation of the Strong Foundation Plan.Combined with the research results,the two have put forward suggestions on allowing students to transfer majors under special circumstances,expand the scope of the shortlisted schools,and evaluate students by subjects under special circumstances,to further promote the improvement and optimization of the implementation measures of the strong foundation plan.To help universities select top innovative talents who are interested in chemistry,resilient and tenacious,truly promote the development of basic disciplines,and improve the implementation of the Strong Foundation Plan.It also puts forward effective suggestions on how the strong foundation plan is more conducive to recruiting students with potential for subject development and truly implements the national strategic goals of the "strengthening basic disciplines plan".
