Effective teaching has long been the goal and pursuit of educational practice.The definition of effective teaching is to guarantee that the teaching efficiency is not lower than the average level,under the requirement of individual positive value construction.It also refers to develop the innovative thinking of students.Under the goals of the new round of curriculum reform,music teachers need to pay more attention to the value of music teaching.In order to improve the teaching effectiveness,the moral and culture education has to be established,including music literacy.This article reviews the theory of teaching effectiveness and summarizes the trends of domestic Chinese research literature.It can be found that the academic interests and research outputs have grown for the last ten years.To investigate the current situation of junior middle school music classroom teaching in economically underdeveloped areas of our country,the students and teachers are surveyed respectively.The surveys show that the teaching methods in those area are not diverse,and sometimes the music course time has been occupied by other subjects,and also the teaching facilities needs to be improved,and the music teachers should be given more opportunities to improve their skills.According to the survey analysis results,the main reasons of the inadequate teaching effectiveness in the middle school music teaching classroom are: the insufficient attention of the junior high school music subject,the lack of innovation in teaching content,the rationality of teaching goals design,and the professionalism of teachers themselves.Through learning advanced experience and methods from the literature,as well as the analysis results of the current situation of investigation,the exploration and research of the effective teaching methods of junior middle school music classrooms are carried out.This article summarizes measures and methods to improve the effectiveness of junior middle school music classroom teaching.The main methods are: establishing modern educational ideas,innovating teaching methods,strengthening the use of modern teaching facilities,advocating the organic integration of music classrooms with various cultures,and using a new comprehensive evaluation mechanism.Finally,combining the effective teaching methods,the effective teaching has been applied and practiced in a junior high school music teaching,the music classroom of Affiliated Middle School of West China Normal University.Through the case analysis and comparison before and after the application of the effectiveness method,we can see the improvement of the effectiveness of the teaching method in the classroom.The research results of this article can provide certain experience for improving the effectiveness of junior middle school music classroom teaching.
