Middle school students are the cornerstone of China's future development and prosperity.Middle school students are also the creators of the Chinese miracle and the appearance of China in the future.The cultivation of moral sentiment for them is conducive to the development of their character,physical fitness,psychological sunshine,cognition and skills.Therefore,ideological and political education for middle school students is of great significance and should be an important part of the education stage.The enrichment and variety of the content of ideological and political education requires the participation of all disciplines except ideological and moral disciplines.All subjects can combine the learning of basic knowledge with ideological and political education,which is also the only way under the ideological and political advocacy of the curriculum.This article uses literature review method and questionnaire survey method to determine the meaning and ideological and political elements of geography ideological and political courses.The geography ideological and political course is a combination of basic knowledge and concept guidance in the class,and summarizes the spiritual values of family and country feelings,self-esteem and self-confidence,and persistence in gratitude in the subject content,so that students can gain insights and emotional behaviors of
