The kindergarten-based training for new teachers with the concept of "happiness education" in Y Kindergarten is a training program for teachers who have worked in Y kindergarten for less than 3 years.By recording the practice and innovation of Y kindergarten in the kindergart-based training program for new teachers,this study analyzes the effectiveness and experience of Y kindergarten in the training of new teachers,and puts forward suggestions for improvement and perfection.Questionnaire survey is the main research method of this paper,and literature research and case analysis are used as auxiliary research methods to analyze Y kindergarten's practices and breakthroughs in the management,content and methods of new teacher training.The concept of happiness education and training in Y kindergarten has been recognized and accepted by new teachers,which is reflected in that the training needs of new teachers are met,professional development is recognized,and new teachers are highly satisfied with the cultural identity and professional identity designed in the training.This research paper consists of seven chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,the literature review of kindergarten-based training and happiness education for new kindergarten teachers,the definition of relevant concepts,and so on,and also describes the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is based on the theory of happiness education proposed by Noddings and teacher professional development theory proposed by Fuller.The third chapter further expounds the training system of Y Kindergarten.The fourth chapter analyzes the new orientation practice of Y kindergarten in the form of cases.The fifth chapter analyzes the effects of the kindergarten-based training program of Y kindergarten after a three-year cycle based on the pre-test and post-test questionnaires.The sixth chapter,based on the questionnaire in the fifth chapter,reflects on the training of new teachers with the concept of "happiness education" in Y Kindergarten.The seventh chapter puts forward improvement suggestions for the case object of this study.
