With the continuous development of artificial intelligence,the society puts forward new requirements for talent training and encourages the development of innovative talents.Starting from basic education,strengthen students' science and technology education,promote robot education and programming education,combine the knowledge of various disciplines with practice,and improve their comprehensive ability.The cultivation of innovative talents is in line with the educational concept of STEAM.In recent years,STEAM education has developed rapidly in China.Robot education has gradually developed in the form of competition.In the school,teaching is carried out in the form of interest class and competition class.However,there is no curriculum standard for robot teaching,no unified teaching materials,and only robot competition,which weakens the construction of students' systematic knowledge and the cultivation of innovation ability.Based on this,this study designs the robot education curriculum under the guidance of STEAM education concept,aiming to integrate STEAM education and robot education,develop a set of robot curriculum suitable for primary school students and carry out teaching practice under the guidance of STEAM education concept,hoping to promote the development of robot education.Using the literature analysis method,summarize and sort out the research results of the literature related to STEAM education and robot education,analyze the research status,find the shortcomings of the current research,and determine the research background and research ideas.It also defines the relevant concepts and expounds the guiding theoretical basis.Using the questionnaire survey method,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the current situation of robot education in primary schools in Luzhou,understands the current situation of robot teaching in primary schools,and analyzes the existing problems.In view of the problems,using Addie teaching design model for reference,appropriately modify it on the original basis,and under the guidance of STEAM concept,this paper designs the primary school robot course from the aspects of preliminary analysis,teaching objective design,teaching content design,class hour arrangement,teaching process design,teaching evaluation design and courseware design.Using quasi experimental research method and classroom observation method,after the curriculum design,according to the curriculum plan,students in the after-school service class of primary school affiliated to Luzhou Normal University were selected as the research object to carry out teaching practice in one semester.Before and after teaching practice,questionnaires were conducted on students' Creative Tendency and learning attitude.In the process of teaching practice,the evaluation scale was used to evaluate and score students' classroom performance.After teaching practice,teachers were interviewed to understand the effect of teaching practice.Make statistics on the pre-test and post-test data,compare and analyze the significance of each measurement dimension,make statistical analysis on the evaluation scale data,summarize the interview content,and verify the effectiveness of the course.The results show that the robot education curriculum in primary school based on STEAM education concept is effective and helps to cultivate students' abilities of innovation,interdisciplinary learning and comprehensive application.To sum up,the application of STEAM education concept to robot teaching in primary school is not only conducive to the further development of STEAM education concept,but also give full play to the advantages of robot education.It helps to promote the curriculum reform of China's basic education,improve the ability of practice,innovation and creation,hands and brains,independent exploration and problem-solving,meet the current talent training needs,and promote the development of China's innovative country.
