People can develop good ideas and moral conduct through knowledge and practice in life.Life-oriented teaching makes the classroom teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school organically combine with students' real life,puts education in the observation,feeling and experience of life,provides necessary help for students to establish correct values,and is an effective way to promote students' all-round development and teachers' professional growth.Therefore,it is necessary and inevitable that the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school should move towards life.At present,the teaching practice of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school has achieved certain results,but there are still to be desired,such as the students actively participate in the life consciousness is weak,the teachers' professional ability insufficiency,the education on life teaching problem such as the relevant departments of the influence of the life-oriented teaching,will hinder the life effect of the quality of teaching.How to better implement the life teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school is an important issue that the teachers of "Morality and Rule of Law" need to think and explore seriously.In view of this,this paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and investigation method to assist the writing.First of all,through reading,integrating and studying a large number of literature,explain the relevant theories of "Morality and Rule of Law" teaching in junior high school.Then,from the two aspects of students and teachers to investigate the current situation of local junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" teaching in life,trying to explore to overcome the shortcomings of junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" teaching in life improvement countermeasures.The whole paper consists of five parts:The first part: Introduction,which is a review of the topic selection basis,research significance and research overview at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas and methods,key and difficult points and innovations of this topic.The second part: Analyze the relevant theories of junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" course life-oriented teaching,clarify the connotation,requirements and importance of junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" course life-oriented teaching.The third part: Through the investigation of the current situation,summarizes the achievements and main problems in the life-oriented teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,and analyzes the reasons,so as to provide practical basis for exploring the life-oriented teaching strategy of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The fourth part: In view of the existing shortcomings of life-oriented teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,this paper studies the improvement countermeasures of life-oriented teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school from the perspectives of students,teachers and relevant education departments,in order to better promote the construction of life-oriented teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.It also presents the application case and evaluation of a lesson about life-oriented teaching in the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,providing practical reference for the implementation of life-oriented teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The fifth part: To junior middle school "Morality and Rule of Law" course life teaching research to do a general summary and expectations,and students and teachers in the form of appendix to make supplementary content.
