Classroom teaching reform is the key link of the new curriculum reform and the main way to implement quality education.The "331" classroom model is a kind of teaching model constructed by our school according to teaching theory,and its contents include: "three studies"-guiding,self-learning and joint learning(opposite learning and group learning);"Three exhibitions"-self-exhibition,group exhibition and class exhibition;"One promotion"-teachers' inventory,summary and promotion.The "331" classroom teaching is mainly to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and show students' learning positions with different specialties.This classroom model has formed a complete set of teaching models in the process of continuous exploration and practice by our high school history teachers.It has become the pilot content of the teaching mode of school study in some areas and formed the results of theory and practice.The classroom model presents the teaching reform with the core of learning guidance+classroom.This promotion is first reflected in the change of study habits.Good study habits are highly conscious and lasting learning actions.After repeated strengthening in the "331" class,students' learning behavior has changed obviously.It is easier to concentrate on the most important aspects of learning activities in class.Learning to think and learn,learning actively,participating actively,developing good study habits,improving them through classroom guidance,internalizing them into a learning method,improving the learning effect,and enabling students to develop healthily.At present,there are still some problems in classroom teaching: First,from the perspective of teaching time allocation,although students are given some time in form,some schools also force teachers to teach for no more than many minutes,but this does not mean that students become masters of learning and have the initiative to learn.In most cases,cases,students are still the vassals of teachers.Secondly,in the form of classroom teaching,teaching,formalism is manifested in: the spiritual connotation of the teaching methods advocated by the new curriculum reform,such as "autonomy,cooperation and inquiry",is poorly understood and vulgarly abused.Thirdly,in the selection and application of teaching teaching methods,many teachers use modern teaching media as a "facade" to improve the "grade" of teaching.Modern teaching AIDS have only become the fashion and symbol of modern classroom teaching.In order to better improve the teaching mode and popularize relevant experience.Doing lesson study can prompt us to think deeply about some key problems in a far-reaching way.If we don't do lesson study and think only by ourselves,we may not consider many unexpected problems.Lesson study can prompt us to think deeply about some key problems in a far-reaching way,and improve teaching through team operation.Teachers can analyze classroom teaching,inspire each other and learn to teach further.Lesson study can provide a space platform for teachers' self-criticism and reflection.By analyzing the outstanding lessons in the "331" classroom teaching,we construct a paradigm to let more teachers master this teaching method.
