With the deepening of basic education reform and the advancement of quality education,the development of education is showing unprecedented rapid development.On January 20,2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued The Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era,which clearly stated that the country must first strengthen the teachers.Standing at the height of the times,the development of education urgently needs a high-quality teacher group.With the hot topic of improving the core literacy of students,the core literacy of teachers has gradually become a hot topic of research.The initial stage of basic education is in elementary schools.As a group that is very important to the development of children,how to improve the core literacy of elementary school class teachers is of great value.The research on the core literacy of primary school head teachers not only provides guidance for the actual work of primary school head teachers,but also enriches the theoretical system of teacher core literacy,and provides theoretical support for the in-depth and solid advancement of basic education reform.This research is based on the theory of lifelong learning and teacher professional development,and on the basis of combing the existing references,constructs the core literacy structure of the primary school head teacher,that is,the core literacy of the primary school head teacher includes value recognition,knowledge reserve,necessary character and key abilities Four dimensions of literacy.And based on this self-made questionnaire,using scientific methods to select samples,and conducted a questionnaire survey of the primary school head teacher.In order to ensure the representativeness of the data,subjects were selected from the sample to conduct interview surveys.Use spss to analyze the relevant data and sort out the problems in the four dimensions of the core literacy of primary school head teachers,such as low education beliefs of primary school head teachers,insufficient management knowledge reserves,low personal accomplishment level,and key abilities to be improved,etc.,and from the education administration department Analyze it at the school level and the individual level.Based on this,a strategy to improve the core literacy of primary school head teachers is proposed.The education administrative department needs to provide relevant policy support and establish supporting systems to increase on-the-job training on the core literacy of primary school head teachers;the school level needs to increase the core literacy of primary school head teachers.Humanistic care,promote the evaluation and assessment reform based on core literacy;the individual level needs to increase self-reflection awareness and correct work motivation.
