The head teacher carries the important responsibility of shaping the soul,shaping the life and shaping the new people.The work of the primary school head teacher is a complex and special labor.Times requires the teacher in charge to become the "expert" of subject knowledge,and to lead and care for the spiritual world,the vast majority of primary school the new teacher in charge is the new teacher,in the focus of survival stage,because of insufficient competence often deep in daily chores,thus no energy and time to pay attention to their own development and the spiritual growth of primary school students.This study takes the competency of the new primary school head teacher as the starting point,explores how to improve the competency of the new primary school head teacher,and provides new ideas for the professional growth of the new primary school head teacher.In this paper through the survey of the new teacher in charge competence,the questionnaire and interview results analyzed and found that the new teacher in charge of humanities knowledge and policies and regulations knowledge,weak class management ability,communication ability and cooperation consciousness to be improved,poor adaptability,physical and mental literacy to be improved,as a teacher in charge will is not strong.The analysis reasons lie in the appointment and removal and training system is not perfect,lack of class management experience,deep in class trifles,weak sense of cooperation,heavy work burden,lack of humanistic care,work pressure,weak awareness of professional development,and lack of dedication,etc.For the above problems put forward corresponding countermeasures: scientific design with competency characteristics as the core of the appointment and removal and training system,"mentoring" mentoring pair,pay attention to the growth of the new teacher in charge,form a cooperative teacher team,reduce the burden of the teacher in charge,provide spiritual care,safeguard the teacher in charge physical and mental health and play the new teacher in charge of subjectivity,improve competence.The new head teacher should often read,reflect and summarize,integrate into the development community,adhere to the educational belief,and actively improve their competence.With policies to escort the new head teacher,provide warm "soil" for the head teacher with care,with cooperation to overcome the difficult situation,and finally the improvement of the head teacher competence depends on the head teacher to constantly seek ways and methods of self-growth. |
