Study On Development Strategy And Implementation Path Of Xi'an City Primary School Fun Track And Field Project

In 2005,the IAAF headquarters formally formulated and launched the Children's Fun Track and Field Project.Fun track and field is an organic combination of fitness,fun,competition,and education.It is based on the physical and mental development characteristics of children and a sport based on traditional track and field sports.Currently,134 countries have joined the ranks of Fun Athletics.In 2009,the Fun Track and Field Project was officially launched on campuses in our country.As of2020,there are only more than 3,000 schools in China to carry out interesting track and field events,and the development of various regions is uneven.Shaanxi Province has slow development of interesting track and field events.It only participated in one national interesting track and field sports meeting in 2010 and a summer camp in Jiangsu in 2018.Participate,a provincial competition(Journey Cup)was held in 2019.As the capital city of Shaanxi Province,Xi'an has only 19 interesting track and field pilot schools.Through the investigation and research of 19 elementary schools in Xi'an City,the interesting track and field pilot schools,combined with documentary data and expert interviews to study the influencing factors of the development of Xi'an elementary school interesting track and field,and then use the SWOT-AHP analysis method to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on the impact factors,and it is concluded that The development strategy of Xi'an Elementary School Fun Track and Field Project,based on the current status and development strategy of Xi'an elementary school fun track and field development,combined with expert suggestions,puts forward a targeted and feasible implementation path.The research on the development strategy and implementation path of the Fun Track and Field Project in Xi'an Elementary Schools has important practical significance for the development of19 elementary schools in Xi'an Fun Track and Field Pilot Schools,and plays a certain role in promoting the comprehensive development of the Fun Track and Field Project in Xi'an Elementary Schools.Interesting track and field areas with slow development provide useful reference.This article uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,SWOT-AHP analysis method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods to study the development strategy and implementation path of the fun track and field project in Xi'an city.the result shows:(1)The current status of the development of the fun track and field project in the pilot elementary schools in Xi'an: the experimental pilot coverage rate is low,with a coverage rate of 3.31%;the project support resources are single and all are independently supported;the project development rate in the physical education class is low,at 47.36%;the project development is not Balanced,concentrated in 9-10projects;teachers' recognition and awareness of interesting track and field events are high,100%;teachers' ability cannot meet the needs of interesting track and field teaching,and teachers who have the ability to make interesting track and field equipment and create projects Less,accounting for 28% and 15%,respectively.Teachers who have received interesting track and field training and participated in related scientific research projects accounted for 73% and 63%,respectively;students' enthusiasm and participation are higher,and the collective consciousness is better;The leader clearly supports the development of the fun track and field project,and there is no support measure yet.(2)Influencing factors for the development of the fun track and field project in urban elementary schools in Xi'an: a total of 17 final selection factors,of which advantage factors include flexibility factors,versatility factors,diversification factors,and teaching content factors;disadvantage factors include complex curriculum resource development Factors,teacher shortage factors,equipment and teaching materials factors,and teacher ability factors;opportunity factors include teachers' ability improvement factors,actual demand factors,management factors,time resource factors,and regional advantages factors;challenge factors include promotion factors,project development characteristics,and Scientific research factor and management function factor.(3)The development of the fun track and field project in the urban area of Xi'an is located in a struggle-oriented strategic area,and an aggressive strategy should be adopted.Proactively develop strategic measures.Give full play to internal advantages and actively respond to external difficulties,that is,actively play to the advantages of fun track and field events,and make full use of the flexibility of fun track and field in teaching organization,competition rules and project creation,development form,venue and equipment selection,teaching objectives and teaching evaluation Diversification,maximize the educational function of the fun track and field project,and at the same time face external difficulties as much as possible,update the concept of the basic education administrative department,and improve the coordination ability of the school management department;solve the problem of no post-management in the promotion and unreasonable pilot layout,The problem of excessive market interest,as well as the unbalanced development of individual sports of interesting track and field,and the problems of scientific research.(4)The implementation path of interesting track and field in Xi'an urban area is:constructing a four-person integrated cooperation model and integrating resources;deepening the cooperation between enterprises and universities for talent training and scientific research support;dual-track operation combining in-and extra-curricular systems Change the single mode of operation;establish and improve the guarantee mechanism for the development of fun track and field projects,establish a leading group,and establish a sound incentive mechanism;establish a development idea of a balanced distribution of points and areas,management department layout,and pilot schools.
