people-oriented thinking.However,with the practice of education,the problems of education and teaching under appreciation education have emerged,such as students’ disobedience,disruption of order,misbehavior and violation of rights and interests.Elementary school is a critical period in the development of students’ moral cognitive level.At this time,students’ sense of social responsibility,awareness of rules and morality gradually form,and they are at the crossroads of their lives,which need the correct guidance from teachers and parents.If students continue to reward and encourage their bad behavior,it will distort their cognitive direction,which will not only affect the order of education and teaching,but also affect the order of social rules.Education is an art,and discipline is a special part of the art.Educational discipline has always been a controversial topic in the field of education,and has received the attention of society and the concern of teachers and parents.However,the reality of teaching teachers caught in the management of the "general",resulting in "afraid to control,do not want to control,will not control" the reality of the dilemma,more and more people are beginning to realize that educational discipline is in urgent need of a reasonable return.This study is based on the research problem of the current situation of implementing educational discipline for elementary school teachers,and uses the literature method,interview method,and questionnaire method to try to solve the problems in the implementation of educational discipline for elementary school teachers.Through the collection and analysis of the preliminary literature,based on the laws and regulations such as "Rules of Educational Discipline in Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)",the teacher questionnaire,student questionnaire and teacher interview outline of "Survey on the Current Situation of Implementing Educational Discipline for Primary School Teachers" were prepared,and the questionnaires were used to collect the knowledge and attitude of elementary school teachers and students toward educational discipline,the degree of understanding of the relevant regulations,the way of implementing educational discipline for elementary school teachers,and the implementation of educational The questionnaires were supplemented by interviews with teachers to further understand the current situation of educational discipline implementation among elementary school teachers.The results of the study revealed that there are problems of cognitive confusion,instrumental misalignment,and institutional failure in the implementation of discipline in elementary schools.The cognitive confusion is mainly reflected in the superficial theoretical understanding,the confusion of concepts,and the confusion between discipline and corporal punishment,which leads to deviations in practice;the instrumental misalignment is mainly reflected in the conflict between order and chaos in the implementation process,the single way of implementing discipline,the mismatch between disciplinary methods and students’ own actual situation,and the phenomenon of corporal punishment still exists;the institutional failure is mainly reflected in the institutional rules and standards The systemic failure is mainly reflected in the deviation of institutional rules and standards,confusion about the standard,scope,basis and purpose of educational discipline,the lack of unified education philosophy between home and school,and insufficient support from schools.The reasons for this are as follows: the lack of laws and regulations related to educational discipline,the lack of educational discipline relief mechanisms,teachers’ vague conceptions of the meaning of educational discipline,teachers’ own quality and lack of ethical concern for teachers’ educational discipline,public opinion on educational discipline,school support,parents’ and students’ attitudes,etc.Under the guidance of educational ethics,in order to solve the above problems,this study proposes the following recommendations based on the knowledge of pedagogy and the reading of related literature and the current situation of teachers’ implementation of educational discipline: the state improves the rules of educational discipline and improves the laws and regulations of educational discipline;schools formulate school rules and regulations of discipline in our schools,multi-participation mechanisms,and strengthen the training of teachers;teachers improve their knowledge of educational discipline,strengthen their moral cultivation,and Teachers should improve their knowledge of educational discipline,strengthen their moral training,clarify the boundary between educational discipline and corporal punishment,and correctly grasp the scale,purpose,and basis of discipline;parents should treat educational discipline rationally,update their educational concepts,and create a good atmosphere for social opinion. |
