At present,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to labor education.With the introduction of various policies such as "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and secondary schools in the New Era",how to carry out junior high school labor education has aroused hot discussion.As the main implementer of junior high school labor education,teachers must have the corresponding quality if they want to fulfill their mission and be competent for their jobs.However,according to the field investigation and scholars' research,the current high-quality junior high school labor education teacher force is insufficient,can not guarantee the implementation of labor education,clear quality connotation and explore the path of quality cultivation has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study focuses on the theme of "Teacher quality in junior high School labor education",follows the logical thinking of "background of the new era-teacher mission-teacher quality-teacher development",and takes "why" "by" "what" and "how" as the logical main line.The research process and main conclusions are as follows:Gives the change of labor education in new era as an opportunity,from labor education value,content and resources three dimensions analysis of junior high school of labor education is faced with opportunities,and based on the labor form diversified characteristics of The Times,the quality of life and value diversity,from professional consciousness and spirit of labor,labor ability and labor values several levels to clarify its challenges,clear background,explain the "why" question;According to the competency trait theory,teacher quality is determined by teacher mission.Based on policy requirements and practical needs,10 policy texts were analyzed in Python and combined with the background of The Times and interview texts.The research concludes that six major tasks of teachers are to teach comprehensive labor knowledge and skills,to shape labor values such as labor equality,to cultivate the consciousness and ability of cooperation and innovation,to cultivate the spirit of striving for perfection,to carry out labor education evaluation,and to participate in labor education research,explain the "by" question.Based on this,follow the "teacher mission-teacher quality" the theory of logic,the method of reference work in the field of human resource management,surrounding teachers implement responsibility of the position,mission,and what kind of job specification,the quality of teachers is required,8 junior high school of Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province 13 labor education teacher interview and eight managers,and combining the KSAO model,Using Nvivo11 by grounded theory level 3 coding technology from labor,and labor education related knowledge(K)and labor education related skills(S),the ability to relate to education(A),Labour education related other traits(O)four areas on the interview work of information coding concluded nine secondary dimension and 24 elements.Studies have shown that S field contains the labor practice skills,contain A field work teaching design ability,teaching ability,labor education evaluation,labor education research ability,O field contains the attitude towards work,attitude to labor education,and further illustrates the components,to clarify the problem of "what";According to the required quality obtained from the research and based on the theory of teacher professional development,suggestions are put forward from two aspects: external support and internal change.First,the government and schools should create an external environment suitable for the development of junior high school labor education teachers.Improve relevant policies,attach importance to pre-service training,strengthen training;Second,junior high school labor education teachers should stimulate the endogenous power of self-development.Set up self-development consciousness,strengthen the study of labor specialty,put into labor practice reflection,participate in labor cooperation teaching and research;To discuss the question of "how".
