| As the value carrier for primary labor education to strengthen moral education and cultivate people,labor education textbooks for primary school students are the labor resources and suggestions for teachers to guide the labor education practices by primary school students,which are of realistic significance to cultivate socialism builders and successors with all-round ability in areas such as morals,intelligence,physical fitness,work and aesthetics.The Ministry of Education issued the notice of Guidelines for Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)in July 2020 and proposed to strengthen the compilation of labor education textbooks for primary and secondary school students at the national level,which provided an opportunity for the development of labor education textbooks.However,labor education textbooks for primary school students are not applied in teaching practices well currently,and in the new era,higher requirements have been put forward for people’s comprehensive quality and innovative ability,which caused the situation that some labor education textbooks fail to meet the demands of contemporary students for the development of quality;meanwhile,because there is no systematic theoretical guidance in the stage of primary education,it is urgent to improve the compilation of labor education textbooks for primary school students and make it more adapt to the demands of primary school students for development.Therefore,taking the labor quality of primary school students as the entering point,this paper aims to explore and construct the theoretical structure for the compilation of labor education textbooks for primary school students and dig the significance of enlightening the compilation of labor education textbooks for primary school students in the new era from the perspective of combining the labor quality of primary school students with the labor education textbooks for primary school students,highlight the importance of labor quality for primary school students and manifest the value pursuit of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Adopting literature research method,text analysis method and comparative research method,this paper deeply analyzes the primary school labor education textbooks of Jiangsu edition and Hubei edition.Based on clarifying the concepts such as labor quality and labor quality of primary school students,this paper proposes the basic structure of primary school student s’ labor quality,compares the presentations of primary and secondary school students’ labor quality in two editions,systematically analyzes the expression of primary school students’ labor quality in the aspects of moral education,wisdom education,health labor and innovative and aesthetic labor and finds that there are some problems such as unclear goal directness of primary school students’ labor quality,inadequate mastery of times characteristics in the era of labor quality and unreasonable distribution of primary school students’ labor quality elements in the compilation of textbooks.Through the comparative analysis,the following suggestions on the compilation of labor education textbooks for primary school students are proposed from the perspective of primary school students’ labor quality: setting practical guideline,clarifying the goal directness of labor quality,introducing labor education into the real life,highlighting the era characteristics of primary school students’ labor quality and optimizing the distribution structure of labor quality according to the characteristics of primary school students. |
