A Study On The Cultivation Of The Quality Of Work Of Primary School Students Who Have Returned To Life

Labor education has always been an important part of China's education system,and "the combination of education and productive labor" is also a part of China's educational policy,but in the face of the rapid development of society,people's ideas are deviated.Labor education is gradually ignored in the actual teaching and life,so the level of students' labor quality is also worrying,they are unwilling to work,labor skills are poor,and some even despise labor.In September 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear at the National Education Conference that labor education should be included in the overall requirements of socialist builders and successors,and strengthening labor education has once again become the national education policy.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech emphasized the status and role of labor education,and once again aroused our thinking about the current primary school labor education.Although the concept of labor quality is not explicitly mentioned in the issued documents,it is advocated to guide students to establish correct labor values,cultivate emotions of loving labor,enhance labor skills and develop good labor habits all belong to the content of labor quality.The ultimate goal of labor education is to help students develop good labor quality.The cultivation of good labor quality is not achieved overnight,but a long-term process,which needs to be tested in the labor practice of daily life.Life is the main way of labor education.The labor education in the new era advocates taking students as the main body,stepping into the reality of students' life,guiding students to achieve all-round development in labor practice,and realizing the unity of life and development.This is consistent with the educational theory of returning to life,and it is possible and necessary for labor education to return to life.Based on the perspective of returning to life,this study discusses the problems and implementation paths of labor education,combines the practicality and education of labor education,and promotes the effective implementation of labor education in primary schools,to promote the development of the labor quality of primary school students from all aspects of cognition,emotion,will and behaviour.This study is guided by Tao Xingzhi's theory of life education,Marx's theory of Man's all-round development,the theory of "the combination of education and productive labor" and the theory of the integration of knowledge and practice,combined with the requirements of contemporary newcurriculum reform,the cultivation of labor consciousness in core literacy,and the opinions on strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Middle Schools issued by the Ministry of Education.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the labor education returning to life and the composition of the labor quality of primary school students.Accordingto the connotation of the concept of quality and the relationship between labor education and moral education,it is concluded that the labor quality of primary school students includes labor cognition,labor emotion,labor will and labor behavior habits.On the basis of the above theoretical research,this paper designs a questionnaire on the current situation of primary school students' labor quality cultivation,as well as an interview outline and observation outline.Take M Primary School in Q City as a case,conduct an in-depth investigation.Through student questionnaires,interviews with teachers and parents,campus observation,to understand the level of labor quality of students in M Primary School and the development of labor education in schools and families.And then,according to the investigation of the current situation of M primary school and the research of related labor education,the paper summarize the problems existing in the cultivation of primary school students' labor quality,including the overall level of labor quality of primary school students need to be improved,school labor education needs to be strengthened,lack of family labor education and so on.And analyze the causes of the problem from multiple angles.Finally,on the basis of collating and analyzing the survey results,the author explores the ways to cultivate the labor quality of primary school students returning to life from the three aspects of school,family and individual students.
