The issue of the Guidance Outline of Labor Education in universities and schools(Trial)makes labor education a new educational hotspot.In order to cope with the requirements of infiltrating labor education in Chinese subjects,this paper takes the articles containing labor literacy in the unified edition of Chinese textbooks for middle schools as the research object,and combines the latest Chinese curriculum standards."Middle school students develop core quality"and other policy requirements to explore the implementation strategy of labor quality in middle school Chinese teaching.This paper adopts the literature research method to sort out the definition of labor accomplishment in the academic circle,and the understanding and practice strategies of the penetration of labor accomplishment in middle school Chinese.Using the method of text reading,this paper excavates the labor quality in the unified edition of middle school Chinese teaching materials,and according to the law of Chinese teaching,puts forward the implementation strategy of labor quality in middle school Chinese class.This paper discusses from three aspects.First,the demand for talents in the new era,as well as the education status quo of "attaching importance to knowledge and light on labor",expounds the necessity of cultivating labor quality in middle school Chinese teaching;From the perspective of educational policy,core quality,the nature of Chinese subject and the rich labor quality contained in Chinese subject,the paper narrates the feasibility of implementing labor quality in middle school Chinese teaching.Second,based on the great work of primary and secondary schools education guidelines(try out)"to labor literacy definition and classification of labor education content,this paper divides into the labor quality knowledge of labor,labor skills,labor value from three aspects,and from the living labor and productive labor,service labor three categories of middle school language teaching material the labor quality in mining and finishing.Among them,the teaching materials of middle school involve less labor quality of life and more productive labor quality and service labor quality.In particular,service labor literacy includes professional consciousness,public service and other contents with the characteristics of The Times.Third,the elaboration of the implementation strategy of middle school Chinese labor quality,starting from the teaching section of Chinese subject,respectively discusses the different implementation strategies of labor quality in reading teaching,composition teaching and Chinese activities.In the teaching of reading,we can analyze the character image,understand the theme of the text,and use the methods of theme reading,group text reading and reading and writing.In the teaching of composition,labor practice should be taken as the source of writing to cultivate the ability of observation and stimulate students' interest in writing.In the language activity,create real problem situation,develop the language and labor integration curriculum.In addition,the paper also discusses the effective evaluation methods of labor quality in Chinese teaching,such as adding evaluation subjects and adopting portfolio evaluation method that takes both process evaluation and result evaluation into account.Finally,the strategy in this paper is practiced through the teaching design of"Labor Literacy in Ancient Poetry Group Text Reading"and the Chinese activity design of "The Laborer Around Me".
