Investigation And Research On Chongqing’ Sprimary School Students’ Labor Quality Inthe New Era

Under the background of the new era,labor has become one of the foundations of building a modern socialist powerful country.The development of The Times has put forward higher requirements for the quality of laborers,and has also given labor education experience and mission tasks.As one of the five education,labor education has become an indispensable part of the comprehensive and harmonious development of pupils in the new era.In recent years,our country pays more and more attention to labor education,but in the school curriculum teaching appears the contempt or the neglect of labor curriculum teaching,the main subject teacher takes up the post of labor education curriculum teacher,the lack of specialized labor education curriculum teacher and so on.In addition,the difference of family education values,the lack of labor education atmosphere and other factors make the students lack of labor practice opportunities,resulting in the shortcomings of their labor ability,resulting in poor labor habits and quality problems.Through the investigation and research on the labor quality of primary school students in Chongqing in the new era,the present situation of the labor quality of primary school students in the new era is presented,which is helpful for students to recognize the current situation of their labor quality and reflect,and also helpful for parents,teachers and schools to clarify the problems of the four dimensions of the current labor quality of primary school students.From the perspective of primary school students in the new era,we will explore the school-based curriculum and education to cultivate their labor quality,so as to update the concept of labor education in similar schools,and provide reference basis for the development of practical labor education practice,as well as update the concept of family education for parents,so that parents can clearly understand the importance of primary school students receiving labor education.This study based on the investigation of chongqing area B 6 elementary school,the town of 4 primary schools,village school 2,the integrated use of literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods,from the students’ cognition,labor,labor,labor habit and quality labor accomplishment four dimensions are collecting information and data,presented the B area the pupil labor quality present situation,the results show that the new era of pupils’ labor accomplishment of four dimensions have not reached a good condition.In view of the problems in the survey results,to improve the work quality of primary school students in the new era needs all parties to focus on four dimensions,and it is clear who is the main responsibility in each dimension.First of all,according to the new era of primary school labor has the characteristics of simplicity and interest,education departments,schools,parents and other social forces should make positive changes,in order to enhance the new era of primary school labor quality and the comprehensive and harmonious development of primary school students and efforts;Teachers should change the idea of cultural curriculum and strengthen the curriculum consciousness of labor education.Secondly,in terms of labor cognition,families should create an atmosphere of labor education to enhance students’ labor cognition.Teachers should change the idea of subject education and strengthen the consciousness of labor education.Then,in the aspect of labor ability,parents should establish labor consciousness and give students the opportunity of labor practice.Teachers should attach importance to guidance from parents and students,and carry out labor practice by school teachers.Then,in the aspect of labor spirit,education departments should strengthen labor education research,improve the system and guidance opinions,in order to cultivate the labor spirit of primary school students;The school should perfect the labor education management mechanism and promote the effective operation among the various elements.Finally,in terms of labor habits and quality,home and school linkage,all parties follow the guiding principles,in order to cultivate a new era of pupils good labor habits and quality.In a word,schools,teachers and parents should pay attention to the differences in the cognitive development of primary school students,low primary school students focus on training their labor cognition,for them to establish a correct concept of labor,high primary school students to train their labor ability and spirit,for the formation of good work habits and quality to lay a solid foundation.
