HPS(History ? Philosophy of Science)Teaching mode is a new educational idea guided by constructivism.It integrates the contents of the the history of science,philosophy of science and sociology of science into teaching,and its basic aim is to help students correctly understand the essence of science from multiple dimensions and to cultivate students' scientific qualities.Based on the scientific thinking of Biology,this paper discusses the teaching strategy of cultivating scientific thinking in biology teaching in senior high school,literature and other materials to discuss the scientific thinking and HPS teaching model of domestic and foreign research and related theories.Secondly,the application of the HPS teaching model for practical teaching.In practice,in order to promote the integration of the HPS teaching model into senior high school biology teaching,the knowledge points of permeating the HPS teaching model in High School Biology PEP Compulsory One "Molecules and Cells",the paper briefly introduces the main points of classroom teaching with HPS teaching model in the light of teaching design.In order to test the effect of teaching practice,the experimental group and the Control Group were tested before and after the practice,and the corresponding results were obtained.According to the experimental group and the control group,before and after the test results can be found that the experimental group and the control group after the practice showed a significant difference.According to the scientific thinking,the research object is investigated with a questionnaire about the effect of HPS teaching.The results showed that the experimental group of students on the analysis of scientific thinking better than the control group.Therefore,the conclusion of the study is that,using the HPS teaching model,using the HPS teaching content contained in high school biology textbooks,the content of History of Science,philosophy of science and sociology of science can be designed and used effectively to improve students scientific thinking.
