General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in his speech on 3.18:,utilizing politician concepts of Chinese features in the current generation to cast the spirit and educate people,and tooling the Party's education strategy to implement the basic assignment of building mental education.Resolve the basic matter of what people to drill,how to drill people,and for whom to drill people.Topic-based teaching is an activity-based subject curriculum that revolves around a topic.The entire process is interspersed with topics for the entire lesson,and through the identification,introduction,and discussion of topics,respectively,students are required to change their old ways of learning and create new ways of learning.The apply of issue-based instruct in high school thought and politics classes is major to face the demands of the new course innovation and to advance the future expansion of students and teachers.Enhancing the use and research of issue-based teaching in high school ideology and politics classes should be the responsibility of the majority of ideology and politics teachers in the future.On the basis of this,the research of this subject can not only profuse the theories have something to do with issue-based teaching,but also provide some references and suggestions for ideology and politics teachers to put into effect the teaching exercise of issue-based teaching,which has certain academic value and practical importance.The purpose of issue-based teaching in high school ideology and politics is to cultivate a correct political orientation for students,students' disciplinary core literacy,the implementation of the fundamental goal of establishing moral education,and the realization of an active chemistry course.As a teaching method,issue-based teaching provides a clear general direction for the change of learning style in high school ideology and politics classes,enhancing students' ability to think dialectically,strengthening the learning of argumentative aspects,and achieving an idealized level of teaching outcomes.As a teaching method,issue-based teaching provides a clear general direction for the change of learning style in high school ideology and politics classes,enhancing students' ability to think dialectically,strengthening the learning of argumentative aspects,and achieving an idealized level of teaching outcomes.The theoretical foundations of issue-based teaching in high school ideology and politics are discovery learning theory,progressivist education theory,and humanistic learning theory.The reasons for these problems are the lack of implementation of the activity-based subject curriculum concept in high school ideology and politics classes,the outdated educational and teaching philosophy of teachers,and the ability of teachers to design still needs to be improved.In response to these problems,I make specific suggestions from the following aspects:establishing an issue-based teaching evaluation mechanism,enhancing students' awareness of participating in issues,improving teachers' professionalism,and combining the teaching case of "Promoting Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture and National Spirit" to illustrate how to use issue-based teaching method in the high school ideology and politics classroom.
