With the development of society,our country pays more attention to nutritional security and supply.However,influenced by unbalanced social development and unhealthy lifestyle,nutrition is one of the most important factors affecting people’s health.It should be highlighted to infiltrate nutrition health education to improve the quality of national health.Our nutrition and health education generally adopts the infiltration and integration.The new curriculum standards of senior high school biology emphasizes on the development of students’ core literacy and a healthy lifestyle,while the biology teaching materials contain lots of nutrition and health knowledge.Therefore,the infiltration of nutrition health education is not only beneficial to enhance the quality of nutrition health of youth,but also to respond the requirements of the new curriculum.However,there are few studies on the infiltration of nutrition and health education in biology teaching,while the materials about these studies are not updated timely.Therefore,this study attempts to update and organize nutrition and health knowledge which is contained in the module of Molecules and Cells.Meanwhile,problem-driven and inquiry-based teaching strategies are used in biology teaching.The application of nutrition health education can be described from four aspects.Firstly,this study is to know the current situation of nutrition and health education at home and abroad,while defines the relevant concepts and clarifies the theoretical basis.Secondly,according to the questionnaires with teachers and students,it is understood the current situation in Fangcheng Country No.1 Senior Middle School,students’ nutritional health,teachers’ attitudes.Then,two classes in Grade One are choose to be the research subjects.They are taught in different teaching methods.According to analyse the comparison of the teaching effect,it is found that students’ literacy on nutritional and health in the experimental class has improved after the experiment.As for the knowledge of nutrition and health,the rate of students’ knowledge awareness in the experimental class is higher than the rate in the control class.In terms of the attitude of nutrition and health,the rate of attitude correctness in the experimental class is significant higher than the rate in the control class.On the behaviour of nutrition and health,the rate of behaviour formation is obviously higher than the rate in the control class.For students’ interest of nutrition and health,students are more interested in biology than the students in the control class.Finally,it can be concluded that the infiltration of nutrition health education in senior high school biology is beneficial to enhance students’ nutrition health knowledge,change students’ nutrition health attitudes,improve students’ nutrition health behaviors,and increase students’ interest in nutrition health knowledge and biology.The results of the study have a positive effect on nutrition and health education in biology in some degree,as well as a certain reference for teachers.
