Cheerleading integrates cheerful and dynamic music,uniform movements and colorful clothes,which is loved by primary school students,and plays an important role and value in strengthening fitness,cultivating team consciousness and spreading positive energy.Physical fitness training has the characteristics of rich content,diverse equipment and strong fun,which can make students enjoy the fun of sports in playing,which is deeply loved by primary school students and parents.So in order to promote better cheerleading,open the characteristics of pupils physical and mental development and interesting curriculum,this paper will be in the cheerleading course fit part of the training content to form a new cheerleading curriculum,expect to pupils socialist core values education but also for primary school physical education curriculum content reform provide theoretical reference and practical basis.Using literature method,expert interview method,and experimental method,there were 60 primary students from the second grade of Huke Affiliated Primary School as the experimental subjects.Among them,30 pupils in the experimental group took the training content into the cheerleading teaching;30pupils in the control group took the routine cheerleading training content as the training content and through the 12-week teaching experiment.The study believes that: 1.Compared with the conventional cheerleading teaching,the P value of weight and height is> 0.05,so there is no significant difference in the influence of the two groups.2.There is not much difference between the two teaching on primary school students' 50-meter running and one-minute rope skipping.The P value is> 0.05.Although primary school students have improved their forward bending performance,the training stimulation is not enough because of the short teaching time.So,the effect is not very obvious,and the P-value is also> 0.05.Therefore,both teaching had no significant effect on the physical fitness of students in both groups.3.Compared with the routine cheerleading teaching,it not only enhances the students' learning enthusiasm and participation,but also activates the classroom teaching atmosphere,and improves the level of the primary school students in the assessment of cheerleading skills.especially in one knee balance and before and after leg jump skills show,the experimental group students have a small standard deviation value,and the overall level tends to play better and more stable.
