In the era of knowledge economy,innovation ability has become the basic accomplishment that people should have when facing complex problems.China’s Ministry of Education pointed out in the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2035)that the cultivation of students ’innovative practical ability should be the focus of education reform.Seymour Papert,the core figure of programming education,believes that programming teaching can change the habit of students’ mechanical memory,enabling students to construct knowledge in inquiry and realize their own ideas.How to maximize the value of programming education requires us to explore a suitable teaching model.In this context,this study will build a Mixly programming teaching mode oriented to the cultivation of innovative ability,and try to apply this mode to Mixly teaching in junior high school,explore specific application value and implementation scheme,in order to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in China.This study is based on constructivism learning theory,"learning by doing" theory and design learning concept.With literature research,action research and questionnaire survey as research methods,the junior high school Mixly programming teaching model oriented to innovation ability cultivation is implemented in junior high school Mixly programming teaching,and three rounds of action research are carried out to test the effectiveness of the model.The research work includes the following three aspects:(1)At the theoretical level,first of all,related research on innovation ability is elaborated,and comparative analysis is made from the aspects of concept,constituent elements,training strategy and evaluation;Secondly,it expounds the cultivation of creative ability in graphic programming teaching,and makes a comparative analysis from three aspects of teaching strategy,teaching design and teaching mode.It lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of junior high school Mixly programming teaching mode oriented to innovation ability cultivation.(2)At the level of pattern design,the Mixly programming teaching mode of junior middle school oriented to the cultivation of innovation ability is constructed.The model includes three stages and five links: imitation stage,innovation stage and sharing stage.Example experience,example deconstruction,project design,project production,show and share five links.Let Mixly programming teaching realize the gradual transition from low-level innovation consciousness to high-level innovation ability.(3)At the level of teaching practice,43 students from S Middle School in Harbin were taken as the research objects,and three rounds of action research were conducted under the guidance of the "three stages and five links" teaching mode mentioned above.Students first complete the experience and deconstruction of the work through the primary task with "imitation" as the core;Then through the "creation" as the core of the advanced task to complete the work innovation,and write the project design manual.Finally,self-evaluation,mutual evaluation,work evaluation,questionnaire survey and classroom observation were completed in combination with "evaluation" as the core sharing task.After the three rounds of action research,data analysis was conducted on the evaluation gauge,classroom observation table and questionnaire to verify the validity of the model.Through data analysis,it is verified that the Mixly programming teaching mode of junior middle school built in this study for cultivating innovative ability can promote the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.This study focuses on the cultivation of innovation ability,emphasizes "imitation,innovation and sharing" in Mixly programming teaching,and focuses on the development of students’ problem solving ability and innovation ability in the teaching process,hoping to provide reference for the teaching practice of improving students’ innovation ability in junior high school Mixly programming teaching.
