Comparative sentences are not only one of the common sentence patterns in modern Chinese,but also an important grammatical point that is difficult for second language learners to grasp.The article sorts out the five most commonly used sentence patterns in the primary stage with reference to the four syllabuses.Through the comparative analysis of the comparative sentences in the two textbooks and the classification of the types of errors in Chinese comparative sentences acquired by Thai primary and secondary school students,specific suggestions are put forward for the teaching of comparative sentences,and the teaching plan is designed.The research of the thesis is divided into five parts:(1)Sort out the relevant research results of comparative sentences,divide the sentence patterns of comparative sentences into equal sentences and differential sentences,and combine the "Syllabus of Grammar","Syllabus of Standard and Grammar","Syllabus of Elementary Teaching" and "General Syllabus for International Chinese Teaching".Classify the comparative sentences in the four syllabuses,Based on this,the words "?","?","same as/and...(not)","...not as good as","most/more..." The five types of sentence patterns commonly used in the primary stage are respectively studied on the ontology of comparative sentences.(2)Select two textbooks "Developing Chinese" and "Boya Chinese" commonly used by Thai primary and middle school students,sort out the distribution of comparative sentences and the setting of practice questions in the two textbooks,and arrange the grammar points of comparative sentences and the setting of practice questions.Comparative analysis.(3)Using the Beijing Language and Culture University HSK dynamic composition corpus and issuing test papers,combined with the theory of second language acquisition,sort out and summarize the types of errors in comparative sentences and analyze their causes.(4)On the basis of language ontology,textbook analysis,and research on errors,from the three aspects of teachers,students,and textbooks,more reasonable and scientific teaching suggestions are put forward.(5)Selecting texts about comparative sentences from "Developing Chinese" and "Boya Chinese",combined with the analysis of the causes of errors in comparative sentences,and designed an operable comparative sentence teaching plan.Through the research in the above five aspects,it aims to provide some inspiration and help for international Chinese teachers in teaching.Only by deeply understanding students' characteristics and teaching content can teachers better achieve the expected teaching goals and optimize international Chinese education.
