In China,textbook is main curriculum resources which is in school education,teachers’ teaching rely on it,and which also the important materials for students’ learning,but they are not the only materials.Through the redevelopment,teachers can make the rigid textbook lively and full of personality,so as to meet the development needs of students.In fact,when teachers begin to use textbooks,the redevelopment of textbooks has already taken place.The centralized compilation Chinese textbook for high schools is the implementation of the new curriculum standard.It is inevitable to make the secondary development because the centralized compilation Chinese textbook is openness,authority and unity.The new conception of textbook is gradually accepted by more and more teachers,the exploitability of textbook and the background of "Internet plus" also provide the possibility for teachers to creatively carry out the secondary development of textbook.Based on the understanding of the necessity and feasibility of the secondary development of textbook,combined with the actual situation in the redevelopment of textbook and through a comprehensive analysis,it is found,because each teacher’s social background,teaching experience,professional quality and personal understanding are different,teachers have their own characteristics in the reasons,contents,means and process of the redevelopment of textbook.From the reason,teachers may consciously redevelop teaching materials because of the requirements of teaching and research activities and learning tasks,stimulating students’ interest and responding to the needs of examinations.From the content,the content of the development mainly includes the established textbook and other teaching materials.From the means,the means of development include addition,deletion,exchange,integration,modification,etc,although there are many methods,they are not used in practice.In addition,different types of teacher have different development processes,innovative teachers can better complete the redevelopment of textbook at present.From the reasons,contents,means and process of teachers’ redevelopment of textbook,we can found that some teachers have a series of problems in the process of redevelopment of textbook,such as their development consciousness is low,their development process is casual,their analysis of textbook is one-sided,their development means is single and so on.The reasons for these problems may be summarized as follows: Firstly,some Chinese teachers maybe lack the awareness of the redevelopment of the textbook;Secondly,they can not understand the curriculum standards very good;Thirdly,they have weak ability to research and read texts independently.The proper strategy of redevelopment of textbook can be followed regularly.The key is to attach importance to students as the service object of the redevelopment of textbook.Therefore,the first,teachers should understand the curriculum standard and the development should be based on the guidance of curriculum standard.The second is to study the teaching materials thoroughly and develop the teaching materials resources from multiple perspectives.The third is to enrich the reading amount of teachers and students.The fourth is to improve the quality of teaching materials We should learn to reflect and constantly improve from students’ feedback.
