Today's society is an era of cultivating compound talents.The all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty is the ultimate goal of today's education.The society has a wide demand for all-round talents,especially those with competitive spirit and cooperative spirit.With the deepening of teaching reform,the contradiction of traditional teaching has become increasingly prominent,and the group cooperative teaching mode has entered the field of vision of educators.As one of the main courses in high school physical education,basketball has important practical value in improving physical fitness,and its characteristics of group,popularity and entertainment are loved by more and more students.However,at present,the teaching method of basketball in senior high school is mainly traditional teaching method,and the "cramming" teaching is difficult to mobilize students' subjective initiative.Students only learn for the sake of learning,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' interest and the formation of students' own personality characteristics,which is contrary to the essence and original intention of basketball courses.The purpose of this study is to make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching method,apply the teaching mode of group cooperation in basketball teaching,combine talent training with basketball skill practice,analyze the feasibility of the teaching mode of group cooperation in high school basketball teaching,and provide reference for the reform of teaching mode and related research of basketball.In this study,through the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the teaching effect of group cooperative teaching mode in senior high school basketball class was studied.Students from Grade One and Two of Henggang Middle School in Hengyang City were randomly selected to participate in the experiment and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Through a one-semester teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Basketball teaching can improve students' physical fitness and basic skill level of basketball,and it is of practical significance to carry out physical education courses on campus.The group cooperative teaching mode is more effective than the traditional teaching method in improving students' physical fitness,basketball basic skill level,group cohesion and learning interest.(2)The physical and psychological development of students is positively correlated,and group cohesion has some intermediary effect in the influence of basketball on physical fitness.(3)The group cooperative teaching mode can create the classroom atmosphere,make up for the teaching defects,promote the difficult grasp,improve the relationship between teachers and students,meet the needs of students,improve learning ability and exercise consciousness,and the support rate of the group cooperative teaching mode is higher.(4)At present,the physical fitness and physical skills of high school students are not ideal,and the reform of physical education curriculum is imminent.
