This paper takes the Second Affiliated School of Inner Mongolia Normal University as the main research object and adopts the research methods of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and literature reference.The thesis consists of introduction,text,conclusion,literature,appendix and so on.The introduction part from the topic selection reasons,research overview,research purpose,research significance,research methods and so on to do a summary.The text part mainly analyzes expository in the textbooks from the perspective of works of different grades,categories and themes,and discusses the teaching significance of expository in three aspects: arousing students' thirst for knowledge,cultivating their observation ability,expanding their thinking,improving students' expression ability and then improving their writing level.Then combined with the questionnaire survey,interview,classroom observation to analyze the statistics of teaching status quo teachers in creating an environment,mixed language teaching,single class form and other aspects of the lack of.There are some problems such as neglecting reading,failing to find appropriate learning methods and having little life experience and poor comprehension ability.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the teacher suggested to fully prepare for teaching,strengthen mutual learning,and pay attention to mobilize the enthusiasm of students.The suggestions for students are to strengthen reading,get close to nature,practice more and explore effective learning methods suitable for them.The conclusion part summarizes and summarizes the whole paper.According to the main research object,the main points of view are briefly summarized.
