“Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Education System and Mechanism”clearly states that education should focus on cultivating key abilities that support lifelong development and meet the needs of The Times,and should emphasize the cultivation goal of abilities.The cultivation of key abilities should rely on specific subject teaching activities and be carried out on specific subject ability cultivation.Project-based teaching emphasizes that teachers create real and specific problem situations and guide students to conduct exploratory activities through task-driven activities.Students apply the knowledge to solve corresponding problems and tasks,which is helpful to cultivate students' higher-level subject ability.The project-based teaching's design based on OBE concept can enable teachers to presuppose students' learning outcomes and reverse design of teaching process with the goal of cultivating students' subject ability.It can make the "teaching" of the teachers and the "learning" of the students have a clearer target,so as to ensure that ultimate subject ability training goal can be achieved.Firstly,the paper adopts the form of questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of chemistry learning of senior high school students and analyzes the feasibility of OBE education concept and project-based teaching in practical teaching,so as to build a project-based teaching design framework based on OBE concept.In the part of defining learning outcome goals,the 3×3 subject ability activities and performance model proposed by Professor Wang Lei is adopted to determine the expected goals of subject ability of knowledge of elemental compound.Under the concept of OBE,a specific project-based teaching design was carried out with the content of "chlorine,iron and their compounds" in the required course of high school chemistry,and the teaching practice was carried out in a key middle school of Huizhou.At the end of the experimental study,the validity of the teaching model on the cultivation of students' chemistry ability was tested by collecting factual evidence from three aspects of students' test scores,activity feedback evaluation form and students' interviews.In view of the feedback information obtained from the practice results,teaching is improved from the three aspects of "ability training objectives,learning activities and learning evaluation",in order to form a continuous optimization and improvement of the application model.The results show that the project-based teaching based on OBE concept clearly defined the learning objectives and the subject ability's training objectives of each teaching link.Students clearly know the learning objectives and subject ability training objectives of project learning activities,which is conducive to the achievement of teaching objectives and stimulate students' learning interest and motivation.Students in the experimental class are better than those in the control class in the generalization and correlation of learning and understanding,simple design in application practice,and systematic exploration in transfer and innovation.It shows that the project-based teaching based on OBE concept can promote the cultivation of students' higher-level subject ability,effectively implement the cultivation goal of chemistry subject ability,improve the teaching quality and achieve the expected development effect.
