The nineteen major reports of the party have made it clear that education should be placed in the position of priority and that the fundamental task of "formation morale" should be actively implemented to cultivate innovative talents with comprehensive development for the cause of socialism.However,at present,the information technology discipline is not paid attention to in the school.As the training target of this subject,information literacy can not meet the requirements of "digital aborigines".The new curriculum standard(2017)has explicitly proposed the use of project teaching method to carry out the teaching of information technology courses.How to integrate innovative education ideas into project teaching to cultivate innovative talents with core literacy is a matter of concern.Therefore,this paper will carry out the research of project teaching guided by the concept of "maker education concept" and taking "the core competencies " as the teaching goal.On the theoretical level,this paper first expounds the relationship between maker education and project teaching,and makes a induction and analysis of relevant theories,and then defines the concept of maker education concept and project teaching,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the project teaching design.On the level of project teaching design,a project design process based on the concept of maker education is constructed.The process includes four basic links: integrated content analysis,project design with "learning and creating" as the core,learning centered project implementation process,project evaluation oriented to the learning process.Then,discuss each link in detail.From five aspects of target,theme,task,environment and activity,this paper expounds the project design pattern based on the idea of creating guest education,planning and arranging the project implementation process from three levels of project preparation,project activity,project summary and evaluation,and formulating evaluation scheme on the basis of detailed analysis of evaluation principles and evaluation factors.In the case of the course case,this study takes the senior one student as the research object and takes the first section of Chapter 1 of the high school information technology compulsory course "data and coding" as an example to design the project "to get the air quality data and lead the healthy life",and to develop the courseware related to the project,the micro video resources and the test paper.
