With the continuous development of quality education and subjectivity education,students’ independent management has gradually become an important form of class management.And the class cadre system as an important means of class management in Our country,for students to participate in class management provides practice opportunities,many students through the class cadre to achieve self-development and growth.The role of class cadre is rich in connotation: students,the assistant of the head teacher,the manager of class affairs,the model of classmates,etc.The multiplicity and particularity of the role also mean higher requirements.therefore,the class cadre in the process of role often faced with come from inside the role expectation that the teacher in charge of the class cadre,students,parents and other interactive subject role expectation role conflict and personal understanding of role and practice of the contradiction,also easy to fall into a variety of roles is not smooth and blocked the plight of human communication,and thus lead to role conflict.This study attempts to analyze and discuss the main manifestations and causes of role conflict of class cadres in primary schools from the perspective of social role theory,and on this basis,proposes strategies to alleviate role conflict,so as to promote the role growth of class cadres in primary schools.This research adopts qualitative research method,in order to primary school class cadre as the research object,under the support of social role theory,and with close ties to the teacher in charge to the class cadre,students and their parents,such as interactive interview subject,combined with the daily observation,collect relevant grade each class cadre study,the daily work,job experience and interpersonal aspects of information.In the raw data collection and analysis,found that after primary school class cadre role conflict is mainly embodied in the role conflict and role conflict between two big aspects,the concrete and the conflict in the different main body role expectation to the class cadre and apprehend the role and practice of role conflict,personal ability and the requirements of the role conflict,role conversion disorder and relationship model of fracture in five aspects.There are many reasons for role conflict.The research finds that the role conflict of class cadres in primary schools is affected by many factors,such as their organization and environment,role itself,personal factors and interpersonal relationships.It is manifested in the deviation of the system idea of class cadres,the neglect of the teacher in charge of the training and management of class cadres,the short tenure of class cadres and the lack of role playing ability as well as the misleading of parents’ utilitarian consciousness.Therefore,as an important guide of children’s role cognition,schools,head teachers and parents should first correct their own value orientation,correctly understand the role of class cadres,strengthen the training and management of class cadres,and become a strong backing of class cadres.Class cadres should also correctly position their role,constantly improve their role playing ability,to expect the role closer.
