Research On The Patent Operation Mode Of E University

If a university has a series of innovative advantages such as a wide range of disciplines,abundant research talents and complete experimental conditions,it will become an important part of Chinese scientific research force and make a great contribution to China's scientific and technological progress.According to the 2020 China Patent Survey Report,the industrialization rate of effective invention patents in Chinese universities is only 3.8 percent,so a large number of scientific research achievements fall into "sleeping patents".Patent operations are crucial to waking up these "sleeping patents" and bringing technology to market.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to patent operation in China and has been paid to universities with a large number of effective patents.As A "double first-class" A-class university,E University undertakes A large number of scientific research tasks every year,and also produces A large number of patent achievements.At present,E University has more than 8,000 valid patents,among which invention patents account for more than 96%.However,the current patent operation results are not ideal.Through studying the patent operation mode of E University,feasible improvement methods are explored.Through literature review,this paper sorted out the main modes of patent operation in universities,discriminated relevant concepts of patent operation,understood the achievements and constraints of patent operation in universities,and further collected,sorted out,analyzed and sorted out the data of current patent operation in E University.The present patent operation process,operation team,analysis related operational mechanism,incentive mechanism and so on,and combining the patent data analysis and interview with key figures such as analyze the current E university patent restriction factors existing in the operation process,and combining with the current domestic relevant guidance documents,colleges and universities at home and abroad typical patent operation mode and case study analysis,interview data,This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current situation of E University's patent operation by taking a general view of the overall situation of E University's patent operation,including data empowerment,starting from the patent source,building high-level talent team,and solving the "last kilometer" dilemma of achievement transformation.
