The test of the student's physical fitness is the focus of teaching assessment,and the results of the student's physical test are also issues that teachers attach great importance to.This study compares the physical and health indicators of boarding and non-boarding students in Qianxi Middle School,Tangshan City,and draws the difference between them.It combines the environmental and dietary differences of boarding and non-boarding students with the specific conditions of the school to provide schools with student management.reference.In addition,through the study of this thesis,we can comprehensively understand the physical and health status of boarding and non-boarding students,seek their laws,analyze their strengths,and find out deficiencies,and provide information support for more scientific and rational management of relevant functional departments and further improve their physical health.And suggestions.This research uses literature data method,survey method,mathematical analysis method,and comparative analysis method to conduct research.Through the research,the following results and conclusions are obtained:(1)Junior high school students in Qianxi County,Tangshan City have a good physical shape,but there are still some problems in physical function,physical fitness and psychological quality.Compared with the national student's physical health standards,the overall health level needs to be improved.(2)The physical test results of junior high school boarding students in Qianxi County,Tangshan City are slightly higher than those of non-boarding students.On the level of mental health,boarding students are significantly higher than non-boarding students.(3)There is no significant difference in the test results of the height and weight of boarding and non-boarding students in Qianxi County,Tangshan City.The height and weight of boarding and non-boarding students of the same grade and same gender are basically at the same level.(4)There is no significant difference in the vital capacity of boarding and non-boarding students in Qianxi County,Tangshan City.Compared with the National Physical Fitness Standards for Students,it is in a passing state,and the level of physical vital capacity is low.Characteristics of vital capacity of boarding and non-boarding students of the same sex indifferent grades: As the grade increases,the level of vital capacity of students gradually increases,and the difference in the vital capacity of boarding students and non-boarding students becomes more and more obvious.Characteristics of vital capacity of boarding and non-boarding students of different genders: The vital capacity test scores of boys were significantly higher than girls.(5)There is no difference in physical fitness indicators of boarding and non-boarding students of the same gender in different grades,but with the increase of grades,the results of boarding and non-boarding students gradually increase,and boarding students are better than non-boarding students.student.(6)As the grade of junior high school students in Qianxi County of Tangshan City rises,the level of mental health of students gradually decreases,and the difference between the level of mental health of boarding students and non-boarding students is becoming more and more independent of their gender.Boarding students in the second and third grades were significantly better than non-boarding students.(7)The physical health and mental health indicators of the boarding and non-boarding students were compared by analyzing the physical health monitoring data and mental health survey of the junior high school students in Qianxi County,Tangshan City.Analyzed the trends of various monitoring indicators in different grades,and found that physical fitness and functional levels increased with grades,and boarding students were better than non-boarding students,and the gap continued to increase with grades.Mental health,on the contrary,As the grade increases,the level of mental health gradually decreases.The mental health of boarding students is significantly better than that of non-boarding students.Suggest:(1)The school actively improves the boarding environment,especially the dormitory,restaurant,and teaching building.It is the most important and basic living and learning environment for students.According to the long-term characteristics of junior high school generation,schools should further improve school regulations and disciplines,establish rules and regulations,and form a complete boarding student management system from the aspects of learning,life,exercise,and improvement of psychological quality.(2)Improve the quality of teachers,strengthen teachers 'ethics education andprofessional training,improve teachers' professional level,special quality level,and scientific research level.(3)Improve school's teaching hardware facilities.Strengthen the construction of the two exercises,add sports equipment,hold various forms of sports activities,so that students learn to abide by the rules and unity and cooperation,cultivate collective awareness,and enhance awareness of laws and regulations.(4)Add mental health education courses to strengthen students' mental health quality.Improve students' ability to resist setbacks in life,labor,and exercise,encourage students to overcome difficulties,challenge themselves,and improve their bearing capacity.
