In recent years,with the adjustment of the layout of rural schools,after evacuation of little schools and combination into bigger ones,boarding schools came into being,where many rural primary and secondary school students must study,away from home.The boarding school has a special life guide teachers post to ensure that students can adapt to boarding life as soon as possible.Life guide teachers are not directly engaged in classroom teaching activities,but as students’ life direct managers and mentors,they affect the development of students in a variety of ways.It is of practical significance to comprehensively understand the situation of life guide teachers in rural boarding schools and to strengthen the construction of life guide teachers,so as to promote students’ active adaptation to boarding life.This paper focuses on the investigation of the work of the life guide teachers in the Lizhi National Middle School in Fuyu County,Heilongjiang Province,and makes a preliminary understanding of the working condition of the life guide teacher through teacher interviews and teacher and student questionnaire.At the same time,a careful analysis is made on the life instructor’s job management so as to survey and solve the current problems such as job responsibilities life guide teachers,life guide teachers’ professional quality and professional requirements,life guide teachers’ career selection,assessment and training in boarding school;life guide teachers’ post establishment welfare.Through the discussion on the post management of life guide teachers in boarding school,it is necessary to solve the confusion in management practice,to clarify the direction of boarding life guidance management,to promote the reform of boarding life guidance management,to provide fundamental protection in establishment of a stable life guide teachers team.
