The teaching of Chinese novel reading in high school is is an indispensable part of Chinese reading teaching.With the deepening of curriculum reform,many experts,scholars and front-line teachers are constantly exploring and innovating novel teaching ideas and methods.However,there are still many problems in the teaching of novel reading in senior high school,such as vague teaching focus,the emphasis on appreciation over thinking,lack of systematic design,miscellaneous classroom problems and so on.Focus reading teaching is a problem-based method under the guidance of focus,which is put forward by Ni Wenjin in recent years.The focus reading teaching aims to help students divide the hierarchical order of problems,construct the problem chain as well as a logical and focused Chinese classroom through classroom focus,which has a great inspiration for high school novel teaching.This study attempts to combine high school novel teaching with focus reading teaching.According to the stylistic characteristics of novels and the realities of students' learning novels,this paper focuses on the basic problems in the process of novel teaching,deals with texts in a solusion-oriented and a more targeted way,clarifies the severity and the chain of problems so as to prevent students from being confused by problems mixed at different levels,to gradually guide students to study with focus,and to improve high school novel teaching and the efficiency of novel teaching.First of all,it summarizes the teaching of focused reading,explains the conceptual connotation,basic characteristics and theoretical basis of the teaching of focused reading,and further expounds the value of the teaching of focused reading of novels.Secondly,starting from the two aspects of teachers and students,through the method of questionnaire survey,it specifically summarizes and summarizes the problems and reasons of the current novel reading teaching.Thirdly,it focuses on four aspects: extracting basic problems,clarifying problem levels,building problem chains,and implementing regulation and expansion.Combined with relevant teaching cases,it proposes an operable implementation path for high school novel focus reading teaching.The basic problems of novel focused reading teaching can be refined from four aspects: paying attention to the beginning and end of novels,basing on the contradictions of novel teaching,grasping the changes of characters in novels,and focusing on the narrative art of novels.Then the problem level is sorted out according to the reading cognitive level or the novel text level.And then according to specific needs to build a vertical or horizontal structure of the problem chain.After three key links,the teaching of novel-focused reading should also pay attention to emphasizing real reading,strengthening problem integration,enriching teaching forms,and focusing on classroom generation.Finally,it presents a practical case of high school novel focus reading teaching,provides a comparison between traditional novel teaching and novel focus reading teaching practice cases,and carries out practical reflection on the basis of combining cases and comparative analysis.The teaching of novel focus reading in high school has its own advantages in improving the classroom efficiency of novel teaching,students' reading depth,and in promoting students' thinking.I hope this research can provide new ideas for high school novel teaching and help improve the efficiency of the teaching of novel reading in high school.
