In recent years,China's economy has taken off,and people's material living standards have been greatly improved.People begin to transition from material enjoyment to the pursuit of spiritual culture.The concept of design increasingly reflects the purpose of meeting people's good life.China's economic and social development has entered a new era.It has good aesthetic ability and basic design concept,which is the embodiment of the development of national spirit and culture to a certain stage.Although the development of design education in China is later than that in western countries,it develops very fast,and the education and training of design talents have also reached a considerable scale.With the continuous development of design education in Colleges and universities,aesthetic and design education for primary and secondary school students has also entered the main classroom,aiming to cultivate the innovative consciousness and aesthetic ability of young people.Focusing on the current development trend and Prospect of youth design education,this paper uses the research methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative research to explore the ways of cultivating youth design consciousness and the development and design of cultural and creative design courses.Firstly,it analyzes the concept,contemporary value,training significance and development status of teenagers' design consciousness at home and abroad;Secondly,from the perspective of the development principles of design consciousness,this paper analyzes the development principles and influencing factors of young people's design consciousness,and further expounds the characteristics that should be followed in the cultivation of design consciousness;Thirdly,take the cultural and creative design course as an example to develop the course on the cultivation of teenagers' design consciousness and explore the feasibility of the cultural and creative design course.Finally,it summarizes and prospects the design future of Chinese teenagers in the cultural and creative curriculum,in order to explore the methods and strategies to cultivate and improve the ability of teenagers' design consciousness,hoping to help the design education of Chinese teenagers.
