Attention to the physical and mental health of young people has always been a requirement of national education standards.Aggression and school adaptation has always been a difficult problem for school education.Research has proved that physical education plays an indispensable role in solving students' aggression and school adaptation.However,traditional PE teaching also needs to be reformed with the development of The Times.It is an important problem to be solved at present to explore the effects of different PE teaching modes on high school students' aggression and school adaptability,to seek better PE teaching methods,to eliminate the hostility among students and to adapt to campus life.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of differentiated PE teaching on aggression and school adaptation of senior high school students.The investigation objects are three high schools in Changchun city,Jilin Province,one of which has implemented differentiated PE teaching,and the other two have implemented traditional PE teaching.Through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis method,etc.,to three high school students from one to three respectively in offensive attack,attack,indirect attack language,body dimensions,hostility and anger and schools to adapt to the attitude,peer relationship,the relationship between teachers and students,school adaptation and analyzing the present situation and problems of conventional adaptive dimension,It also demonstrates the relationship between aggression and school adaptation,so as to verify the effects of two different teaching modes on aggression and school adaptation of senior high school students.The research concludes that:(1)With the increase of teaching time,the aggression of senior high school students who implement differentiated physical education teaching shows a downward trend,while the traditional physical education teaching also shows a downward trend,but the change of aggression from senior high school to senior high school is not obvious.(2)In terms of school adaptation,the ability to adapt to the implementation of differentiated physical education in senior one and senior three shows an obvious upward trend.And traditional school sports teaching to adapt to the situation,for the higher ability to adapt is higher than general colleges,according to the result of teaching theory and practice can be concluded that the reason of this situation,first in the higher stage to adapt to the demand of the school life is relatively strong,physical education,learning is also a more positive,and because the overall content has no obvious changes in physical education colleges,This also led to a decrease in the focus on school adaptation in the second and third years of high school,which led to this result.(3)As for the relationship between aggression and school adaptation,there is a negative correlation between aggression and school adaptation.The stronger the aggression is,the worse the school adaptation is,and vice versa.Through the implementation of differentiated physical education to reduce the aggressive behavior of high school students can effectively improve the school adaptability of students.Although the traditional PE teaching has certain effects,the effect of differentiated PE teaching is more obvious.
