Since the promulgation of the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),basic education has attracted more and more attention.Middle schools affiliated to colleges and universities,as an important type of basic education in China,enjoy high prestige and good reputation among parents,students and the public.Teachers' classroom teaching is an important part of the educational process,and its teaching characteristics are directly related to the teaching quality of affiliated middle schools.Therefore,the construction of the teaching characteristics of teachers in affiliated middle schools has also become the concern and research focus of current education administrators,especially teaching administrators in affiliated middle schools.Taking the middle school affiliated to Fujian M University as an example,this paper conducts a case study on its teachers' classroom teaching,in which research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,classroom observation,and personal interview to put forward the teaching characteristics in the middle school affiliated to colleges and universities and its construction and improvement strategies.The first chapter is the introduction part.It includes four aspects,including the origin of the research problem,the review of domestic and foreign research literature,the meaning and purpose of the research as well as research ideas and methods.It focuses on the analysis of the three dimensions of teachers' classroom teaching characteristics,namely knowledge structure,teaching behavior,teacher characteristics,and the suitability of research methods.The second chapter is the theoretical research on the classroom teaching of the teachers in the middle school affiliated to colleges and universities.Firstly,it defines the concepts of teachers' classroom teaching in middle schools affiliated to colleges and universities.Then it focuses on the relevant theories of classroom teaching in affiliated schools such as schema theory,trait theory,synergy theory,etc.,and studies the correlation between them and the characteristics of teachers' classroom teaching in middle schools affiliated to colleges and universities in attempts to consolidate theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter is the research on the current situation of teachers' classroom teaching in affiliated middle schools of colleges and universities.Through three research methods,such as questionnaire survey,classroom observation,and teacher interview,based on the three dimensions of knowledge schema,teaching behavior,and teacher characteristics,this paper investigates the classroom characteristics of teachers in affiliated middle schools and studies their problem representation.The fourth chapter is the attribution of teachers' classroom teaching problems in the affiliated middle schools of colleges and universities.Through qualitative research method,quantitative research method,the attribution analysis of the three dimensions of knowledge schema,teaching behavior,and teacher characteristics in the process of classroom teaching of affiliated middle school teachers is carried out at the four levels of government,colleges and universities,affiliated middle schools,and society,revealing the influencing factors of teachers' classroom teaching characteristics.The fifth chapter is about the construction and improvement strategies of teachers' classroom teaching characteristics in the middle school affiliated to colleges and universities.Based on attribution analysis and according to schema theory,trait theory,and synergy theory,suggestions for construction and improvement are put forward from the three dimensions of teacher knowledge schema,teaching behavior,and teacher characteristics: improving knowledge schema construction ability,constructing teaching behavior professional characteristics and building a teacher's character training mechanism.
