In order to improve the current lack of in-depth reading for young people,the concept of "whole book reading" has been re-raised and has become a hot spot in Chinese education research.Knowledge and skills are the center,so the whole book reading teaching has not achieved the expected effect.Therefore,this study chooses the Ub D instructional design theory of "understanding first",trying to establish a whole book reading teaching model centered on "understanding acquisition",improve teaching effect.This article mainly includes three parts:The first part expounds the connotation of the Ub D theory and whole book reading.After sorting out the relevant research results,it clarifies that the dialogue and comprehensiveness of the whole book reading,practicality and other characteristics,it is clear that Ub D theory focuses on students' "what should be known? What is understood? What is the expected lasting understanding?" and the whole book has the requirements of "integrity" and "exemplary",and and pays attention to the transfer of knowledge and the construction of knowledge systems,both of which have strong similarity in their expectations of student development.In the second part,through the literature survey,we found that in the current teaching of whole book reading,teachers adopt the method of excerpted chapters and lectures,and students' participation is low,and they do not pay attention to cultivating knowledge transfer ability.Teaching evaluation is separated from goals.The direction of students' practice and literacy is not clear,and the results of the questionnaire survey conducted on the students of Shanghai J school show that the students' reading process is not orderly,except for Chinese classes and special reading classes,and they are often in a state of randomness and freedom.There are certain problems in quality and reading ability,and it is necessary to improve the teaching design and improve the teaching effect.The third part is the construction of the whole book reading teaching model for literature based on Ub D theory.This part determines the "big concept" in teaching based on the different stylistic characteristics of novels,poems and prose,and designs three models according to Ub D theory: One is the teaching mode of novel bibliography(reading through the meaning-studying the character-exploring and discussing-sharing and internalization);the second is the teaching mode of poetry bibliography(knowing people and discussing the world,entering poets-reading and analyzing,analysis methods-Sensing emotions,reciting with emotion-learning transfer,writing poetry);the third is the teaching mode of prose bibliography(creating situations,analyzing personalized language-interpreting people with text,digging personalized emotions-infiltrating growth,expressing personalized feelings),and provides three cases for reference,in the hope of benefiting the teaching of reading the whole book of Chinese in junior high school.
