| School physical education is a basic project to realize the fundamental task of educating people and improving students’ comprehensive quality.Schools should enhance students’ interest in physical education and cultivate students’ ability of independent thinking,autonomous learning,teamwork and problem solving in the process of physical exercise.Basketball,with its strong interest and fierce antagonism,plays an important role in school physical education and health courses.In the process of basketball,students can establish team consciousness and rule consciousness,fully feel the fun of sports and enhance their physique.At present,the traditional teaching method is still the most commonly used method in school sports basketball teaching.Although the traditional teaching method has a certain teaching effect,there are some problems such as students’ low interest in learning and weak learning autonomy.Therefore,it is worth studying and thinking by the majority of PE teachers how to further improve the classroom teaching effect by reforming the traditional teaching method.Seminar combined with TBL teaching method(hereinafter referred to as "S&TBL teaching method")combines the advantages of Seminar and TBL teaching method.It refers to a teaching method in which students form study groups based on certain learning tasks or interests,under the guidance of teachers,all students prepare for class independently in groups,and teachers test students individually and groups for preparation.During the teaching process,students conduct many discussions and exchanges on the key points and difficulties of teaching objectives in order to achieve the teaching objectives.In this thesis,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,four classes of students in Grade One of Lushun No.3 Senior Middle School are selected as experimental objects,which are divided into experimental group 1(Seminar teaching method),experimental group 2(TBL teaching method),experimental group 3(S&TBL teaching method)and control group(traditional teaching method).Through eight weeks of experimental intervention,this thesis analyzes the differences of teaching effects of four teaching methods on students’ physical quality,basketball skills,basketball learning interest and autonomous learning ability,explores the advantages and limitations of S&TBL teaching method compared with Seminar teaching method,TBL teaching method and traditional teaching method in high school basketball teaching,and makes a beneficial attempt to improve basketball teaching effect.It is found that the speed test scores of students using S&TBL teaching method are significantly different from those of other students(P<0.05).The test scores of dribbling,passing and shooting during marching showed extremely significant differences(P<0.001).There is an extremely significant difference between basketball learning interest and autonomous learning ability(P<0.001).The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The application of S&TBL teaching method in high school basketball teaching has played a positive role in improving the speed of students’ physical quality.(2)Applying S&TBL teaching method in high school basketball teaching can effectively improve students’ mastery of basketball technical movements.Students’ dribbling,passing and shooting skills in the experimental group of S&TBL teaching method have been greatly improved.(3)Applying S&TBL teaching method in high school basketball teaching can effectively promote students’ interest in basketball learning.(4)Applying S&TBL teaching method in high school basketball teaching can effectively improve students’ autonomous learning ability. |
